Nashville Hot Chicken

Nashville hot chicken for dinner. The chicken is pasture raised, organic from Pasturebird and purchased from Crowd Cow. This is how chicken is supposed to be raised, and taste. Not in a factory farm, not “free range” in a barn eating chicken feed but in the grass, eating bugs.

I think my eyes are sweating.

We made a 6:30 minute video of him making it with instructions. 😊🍗🔥

We used this whole container, divided up in teaspoons between the marinade, the buttermilk dip, and the multiple flour coatings.

YUM

  1. No Chicken or other animals wants to die. Animals from free range of bio- industrie, all the same. There is no way to kindly slaughter an animal. And there are so many tasty alternatives. I am a foodlover, and I have a clear conscience 😃

  2. No chicken wants to be eaten alive either so, apparently, we have a dilemma. Seems like given those two choices, this is better. Namaste.
