Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Glycerine, Almond Oil (Prunus dulcis), Apricot Oil (Prunus armeniaca), Sodium Palm Kernelate, Ground Almond Shells (Prunus dulcis), Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Fresh Banana (Musa paradisiaca), Labdanum Resinoid (Cistus labdanum), Sodium Chloride, Tetrasodium EDTA, Perfume, Gardenia Extract (Gardenia jasminoides), Methylparaben, Propylparaben.

This is a very scrubby . I think it smells like bananas and swimming pools (chlorine).

LT 2004 description: We did have a Gumbo Express Smoothie exfoliating shower soap for a while and when we discontinued it its fans were vociferous in their complaints (but there weren’t quite enough of them buying it for us to continue making it). Instead we went off, did some work and introduced the Gumback Express, another splendid, exfoliating shower soap, this time with bananas, labdanum essential oil to tone the skin, almond and apricot oils to moisturize you and ground almond shells, our environmentally friendly exfoliator, to scrub you smooth. We like it even better than the original.
