The list here has all Lush Uk, USA, Germany, Australia, Japan, and Ireland products in alphabetical order. I’ll be adding dates next to each name at a later date.
I wanted to go for a red and purple color scheme. Seey 6 minute tub video below.
As i searched my lush collection i saw some thungs that fit the bill but noticed they all had geranium in common. I decided to use them:
1 new exclusive Lush ‘Ladybird’ bubble bar.
1 new exclusive Lush ‘Roller’ bath bomb.
1 squeeze of some Lush ‘Yummy Mummy’ shower cream (same scent as roller).
1 squeeze of some new Lush ‘Prince Charming’ shower gel.
The roller has a strawberry, caramely tonka, orange, and geranium scent.
The Ladybird bubble bar has a mint and geranium scent. Minty floral.
The shower gel has a geranium, pomegranate fruit, rose and marshmallow root scent
The Yummy Mummy has the same strawberry, orange,.caramelly tonka and geranium scent as Roller bomb.
I chopped up the bubble bar for the asmr people and also to get it to a fine consistency so it would dissolve in the seieve without me touching it…even though sometimes i like squishing it up in my hand.
I added the squeeze of each shower gel on top of the chopped up bubble bar in the seieve.
I added the bubble bar mixture first to see what color it made the water once it was dussolved for bubbles.
The water was a reddish orange.
Then i added the Roller bath bomb. Roller is my favorite Lush bath bomb of all time
You can see why i like this bath bomb in my pics below 😊
Soon the bath bomb dissolved and the purple water mixed with the red water and became a dark purple water with sparkles.
I woukd definitely recommend this combination of Lush products for a colorful and delicous smelling bath.
This jelly is made with coconut, pineape and vetivert. It has the same scent as Coco Loco/Big Calm.
We like our eggs sweet, foamy and vegan. Brazilian orange oil and vetivert oil make a cracking combination and will have you dreaming of being in a candy store filling a paper bag with fried egg gummy candies. Let this sudsy version wobble over your body in the shower and feel the refreshing, toning and brightening effects of fresh pineapple infusion. If ever there was a shower jelly that smelled good enough to eat, it’s this one.
Sunnyside Up jelly
Don’t leave yourself scrambling for a good shower. Lather up with this sunshine-filled jelly. It’s no yolk, this cheery little egg is packed with a cracking mix of soothing coconut infusion, enzymic pineapple and softening carrageenan extract – a recipe for truly sumptuous skin. Top it all off with a blend of uplifting orange and vetivert for a clucking good shower.
Benefits: – With a soft, tropical scent, fresh coconut infusion soothes and moisturises skin leaving it soft and supple. – Fresh pineapple infusion is bright and enzymic, great for stimulating skin and giving it a revitalised glow. – Carrageenan is a seaweed extract that gives this product it’s unique jelly texture, and is super softening for your skin.
How to use: Keep it whole, and lather onto wet skin to create a rich foam that will clean and leave you feeling fresh and bright.
Whereas i expected to love the more expensive fragrances of the bunch and it turned out i didn’t, i decided to buy Fresh As even though the ingredients didnt necessarily grab me. As irony woukd have it-Fresh As is my favorite of the five.
It smells as if Lush Needles & Pine shower jelly, Lush Guardian of the Forest , and Lush Princess Cottongrass perfume had a baby.
The fragrance of it is light and airy. It smells less like a forest and more like a meadow. Its not earthy its green and airy and gorgeous.
It smells just as beautiful when its wet as when it’s dry.
Welcome to the wilderness. With bracing fir needle absolute and hints of balsamic benzoin resinoid you’ll soon be feeling fresh as…
Revitalising fir and tagetes oils mingle in each vivid spritz to surround you with the bracing draw of nature. If any scent can embody the freshest of forests, snapping sticks underfoot and the warmth of a snugly scarf, then this is it.
For a limited time only, 30ml bottles of this perfume will be available to order online. This perfume and the rest of The Florence Collection are also available in 100ml bottles in your nearest perfume library. “
I expected to love this perfume, after all im a neroli freak. I.love all things from lush that are primarily neroli based like ‘frozen’ or ‘love snd light’ body lotion or ‘prince’ cplogne. But unfortunately, no matter how many timrs i try this on me i just don’t like it. It has a strange note in it that makes it smell odd. None of the normal neroli goodness comed through. No matter if it wet or after its dried.
“
A royal favourite blended with an elevating wealth of zesty bergamot and neroli.
Bursts of floral neroli meet smouldering petitgrain oil, creating a fresh and woody fragrance. This perfume was inspired by the origins of the name Neroli. One theory suggests it arose from Emperor Nero, an avid perfume and fragrant flower enthusiast. Another surmises it stemmed from a much-loved French noblewoman named Anne Marie, Princess of Nerola, renowned for adorning her signature gloves and bath water with uplifting neroli oil.”
You’ll love this if you like:
– Fresh, green notes. – Sun perfume. – Regal scents.
I LOVE Sun perfume, and i dont know ehy they compare it with Sun because it smells NOTHING like it. I wish it did. I have both and nope!
This bright red bubble bar is a reusable style. After using it i would say one could get 2-3 baths from it.
The Lush site doesnt say it but its made with cinnamon and mint, in the same scent as Lush ‘Wiccy Magic Muscles’ massage bar. So its warming with the cinnamon and cooling with the mint at the same time. Its good to use if youve got sore muscles.
It makes lots of bubbles and dark pink water. It has no glitter. The cinnamon and mint scents is medium strong. Its not too weak and not too strong, its just right.
Be careful where you put this after you use it because the red color will have to be rinsed off.
There is a bit of cocoa butter mixture at one end of it.
“This vibrant bubble bar sure packs a perfumed punch! If you’re in need of a pick-me-up or something soothing post-battle, get in the ring (or bath) with this spicy, muscle-soothing bubble bar to get back to your best.”
I like this bar and wod recommend it.
Benefits: – Epsom salt has a plethora of restorative benefits, from relaxing your mind to soothing physical pain in your muscles. – Cinnamon leaf oil stimulates blood circulation to soothe sore muscles and help your skin glow. – Enlivening peppermint oil refreshes and cleanses.
How to use: Hold under running water for mounds of spiced bubbles and powerfully pink water. When you’ve whipped up enough bubbles, pop on the side to dry for next time.
How to store: Store in a cool, dry place until you’re ready to use. Between uses, keep in a soap dish ready for the next round.
“For a limited time only, 30ml bottles of this perfume will be available to order online. This perfume and the rest of The Florence Collection are also available in 100ml bottles in your nearest perfume library.”
Sappho is one of five perfumes which are only sold at the Florence, Italy Perfume Library store. But Lush Uk has them temporarily on their retail site uk.lush.com
I happened to be on the site looking at the mothets day producys and saw them there!
I wanted to like Sappho so much. I bought it because the ingredients vanilla, jasmine, sandalwood, tonka, orris, tobacco and anise seemed perfect.
You’ll love this if you like: – Powdery vanilla scents. – Vanillary perfume. – Sunny sapphic sensuality on a Greek island.
But when i spray it on, it smells great for a minute then these note come through thats like licorice, jaine and tobacco and this overrides the lovely vanilla quality.
If the licorice-y note wasnt there it would be so good, but unfortunately it burns my nose, just turns strange and is way too strong with my body chemistry. The part thats left over loooonngg after its dried down hours later is aactually kind of nice
actually kind of nicely soft and vanilla like, but it takes literally hours to become this nice scent. I think Lush shpuld take the anise out of it.
“Fell in love with a girl?
Bittersweet and inescapable, this ode to a striking poetess, the Tenth Muse, will shake your senses. Classical orris entwines with carnal jasmine to enchant deep desires.”
5 out of 5 rating. My Tub Demo Video of this is below
A Lush Harajuku bath bomb Made with the Yummy Mummy scent.
5 out of 5 rating.
See my 4 minute Tub Demo Video below.
Its the same scent as Lush ‘Yummy Mummy’ shower gel and ‘Roller’ bath bomb and body sprayit smells like sweet strawberry and oranges. See below for more ingredients.
I think the bath art this makes is some of the most stunning that Lush has ever made in a bath bomb. Purple, blue, green, yellow….WoW.
It also has light blue colored glitter which is rare to see in a lush bomb if you think about it.
It has little shiny pieces of red salt embedded into the top.
I bought five Italy perfume library store exclusives that were surprisingly on the Lush Uk site when i was looking for something else!
Here is a video reviewing and demoing them at length to help with your purchasing decisions.
I should love them for all intents and purposes, according to the ingredients. And theyre the two most costly of the bunch. I just dont understand. 🤔 So im wearing them again today one on each arm, just to see if theres any change in my dislike of them. *Crosses my fingers*
I think Fresh As is the only one of the five that are truly impressive imo. And as far as the other four not onky do they not smell good compared to past lush gorilla perfumed, but a large part of the fragrance just disappears too fast (which is good if one doesnt like it i suppose) but gosh theyre like the opposite of the new lush body spray fragrances which seem to be more concentrated and last awhile on the skin, especially being almost half the price of a couple of these perfumes.
Sappho P €195/£150 for 100ml
When smelling this fragrance, Mark immediately referenced Sappho, a prolific greek poetin the Archaic period (NOT a goddess!). She also ran her family’s shipping business whilst her brothers were away. Very little of her work survives from antiquity. For many people Sappho is the symbol of female homosexuality. She lived on the island of Lesbos and Platodescribes Sappho as the 10th Muse.
Notes from the Nose:I knew for Florence I wanted to incorporate a heavy Orris/Iris base into a perfumes that represents the Florence Lily (the Iris Flower), the symbol of Florence …and this was it.
Olfactory description: Sophisticated Orris hugged by the warmth of vanilla and tonka, sensuality of carnal jasmine and then brought into this century with a tobacco base.
Fresh As Fuck is basically the term for this perfume. There are a couple of references in the Urban Dictionary. To be Fresh As Fuck looking straight up fly.
The appearance of grass/flora on asunny day following the succession ofrainfall. This perfume represents the urban modern renaissance of our time.
Ingredients: Siberian Pine Oil, Pine needle absolute, Orris Butter, Benzoin Resinoid, Tagetes Oil
Olfactory description: Fresh and vibrant greens in the opening mirrors this vivid statement the perfume makes. Fresh As..is balanced by the earthy Orris and fruitiness of tagettes. Serene like a stroll in a Renaissance floral garden.
Created in 2019 by Perfumer, Emma Dick
Grassy meadows and Siberian pines, the morning after heavy rain. Earthy orris serenely takes control of the urban landscape, leaving in its wake a renaissance floral garden.
Created in 2019.
Fresh, Citrusy
Confetti €90/£70 for 100ml
Emma’sinitial workings were based on Rose, Violet, Coffee and Pear as a combination. Rowena smelt the perfume and thought it smelt of Sugar Almonds (a pastel coloured candy Almond – Usually found as a gift on the table at British Weddings). In Italy they have the same tradition for celebratory events and the Sugar Almonds are known as Confetti – which was a perfect fit …so much so, that this will be Emma’s signature scent for her wedding in 2020.
Ingredients: Violet leaf absolute, Rose oIl, sandalwood oil
Olfactory description: Thethree stages of relationships are featured in this perfume. The innocent of violet leaf, like the beginnings of all relationships. The sensuality and deepness of love from the Roses and the comforting solidity of all marriages provided by the sandalwood oil. Sweet and floral.
Created in 2019 by Perfumer, Emma Dick
The sugared almonds at an Italian wedding tell a story in three acts. Young love, the innocence of violet leaf. A sensual rose blooms as the relationship deepens, until the final chapter reveals the lasting comfort of sandalwood oil. Created in 2019.
Sweet. Floral
Frangipani €90/£70 for 100ml
Frangipani is thought to refer toa fragrance made for perfuming the gloves of a Roman noble, the probably mythical Marquis of Frangipani. This perfume was ‘composed of every known spice’ and probably included a large amount of Orris root, musk and civet as these were standard perfumery ingredients at the time and Sweet Almond oil was used to soften and perfume gloves in the Renaissance. The Frangipani plant (Plumeria) was thought to resemble this fragrance.
Our perfume might smell familiar as it is similar toour solid hand serum – Frangipani glove.
Olfactory description: Creamy sandalwood and scrumptious almonds leans into the sweet frangipani and the perfume finishes off with a bright white floral and woody base. Starts sweet and finishes with a slightly smoky finish.Guaiacwood Oil in its raw form leans smokey (like cedarwood virginian)
Created in 2019 by Perfumer, Emma Dick
Frangipani
The legacy (or myth) of the Marquis of Frangipani: a delicate dusting of sweet almond used to fragrance gloves. Across the ocean, a flower bearing a similar scent had not yet been discovered, but would eventually inherit the Frangipani name. Created in 2019.
Sweet, floral
Nero €160/£125 for 100ml
Inspired by the origins of the name Neroli. The first is that the Emperor Nero inspired the term Neroli as he was a huge perfume and fragrant flower enthusiast. The information I read before creating the perfume was ‘The name Neroli is thought by some to originate from Anne Marie, Princess of Nerola, She used Neroli to perfume her gloves and her bath water and her popular gloves, called Guanti Di Neroli was the original name for this perfume.
Olfactory description: A classic homage to the traditional citrus eau de cologne that dawned crisp male tailored suits. The petitgrain creates a woody depth to a light and airy citrus.
Created in 2019 by Perfumer, Emma Dick
Citrusy, fresh
A classical portrait of the Princess of Nerola, her gloves delicately fragranced with the neroli that she’s thought to have named. Enter the Emperor Nero. Woody depths of petitgrain smoulder, and citrus notes of bergamot rise from the ashes, neglecting the burning city of Rome. Created in 2019.
This is a bath bomb made after Mel. B from the spice girls. Its got a cheetah print it on it.
If yoy look close (as i show in my video) you can see that the black markings are glittery.
It smells so nice and yumny spicy. Reminds me of Lush Brave mouthwash tabs and Chris the Camel bath bomb. Like something good and spicy for desert.
Its made with cinnamon, black pepper and clove.
Its a slow, foamy fizzer, and it produces some great and unexpected bath art.
Its got gold in it, blue and purple and gold and purple glitter in the water.
It takes a long time to dissolve, which i like. Its relaxing to see it roll its little self all around my tub as you can see in my video.
The black didnt stick on my tub in any crazy way. Mostoy just the rin area was purple, but it quickly came off with a spray of tub cleaner and a paper towel. I would recommend this bomb.
This bomb has paper ears. It’s Super fruity with Davana oil and Tonka bean oil.
It smells like peach, berries and vanilla to me.
This is a gorgeous bomb. So whimsical. Its a new bomb this Easter with a new shape. The black turns to a deep purple in the water. There is no sparkle in the water.
its a slow melty fizzer which i like bevause i can watch it for a long time as it fizzes in the tub. It crackles with popping candy as it dissolves in the tub.
The vivid red from the hat’s stripe is so striking against the purple. This is a wonderful bomb for bath art.
The water looks blackish purple after its all disdolved. It didnt stain my tub or anything. It was quite easy to simply rinse once with my shower spray. Just don’t hold it in your hand as it dissolves as it will stain your fingertip.
Im glad i bought two. I would highly recommend this bath bomb.
Here’s a video i recorded of it in the tub before i hopped in.
