This is so moisturizing! And it smells like something i could eat for desert. It doesn’t have an egg nog scent per se, it’s more of a toffee, caramel, butter and sweet cream kind of yumminess. It actually makes my mouth water.
I need help.
Comforting caramel caresses are just a lather away, whatever the weather.
This satisfyingly squidgy smoothie of spicy clove bud oil, ylang ylang and softening cocoa butter will have you feeling warm and fuzzy all day long.
Like a lovely soapy, swiss roll, just grab a handful of toffee-sweet smoothie and lavish all over
This has the same yummy scent of the past “Yog Nog’ soap, “Yog Log’ bath bomb, perfume, fun bar, etc)
Halloween 2016 brings new bath time goodies as well as old Halloween bath favorites. Lush North America will have them up on their mail order website first on September 16. And Lush Uk will have them up on Sept 23.
Thank goodness the popular Lord of Misrule will be returning this year, along with the shower gel of the same name.
Lush has introduced another new limited edition Halloween bath bomb this year. It’s a beautiful green leaf-shaped bath bomb called “Autumn Leaves’, which is made with the ‘Grass‘ scent.
Lush will introduce two new limited edition soaps this Halloween. One called “Fireside’ makes a beautiful in store display, looking like logs in a fireplace. Not only does it have a yummy sounding combo of vanilla and clove, but apparently this soap has maple sap in it! Not only will the store display look good, but the smaller guest sized Fireside soaps look adorable with a yellow flame in the middle of the red soap.
The other soap this year is called “Magic Wand and has a fruity orange, tangerine and pomegranate scent.
Lush has introduced a gorgeous little sparkle bar, called “Goth Fairy’, which is a lavender colored, sparkley bar having the scent of one of my favorite lush discontinued bath bombs ‘Space Girl.
Not only are Lush bringing Lord of Misrule back this year but….Lush has made a PUMPKIN PIE scented bath bomb this year. Woo Hoo!!!! This jack o lantern looking bath bomb is fittingly called ‘Pumpkin’.
We can’t have a Lush Fall holiday/Halloween without something Calacas scented, and this Halloween Lush gives us our Calacas fix in a cute bath bomb called “Monsters ball’. There are so many things to like about this cute bath bomb.
I will have separate blog pages here for each of the individual products below, but for now i’m just going to have this list of them below with links to demos i did of them. I’m adding more everyday so check back daily 🙂
The in-store Fireside soap look like logs and are dark on the outside and orange in the middle. And the pre-packaged website 100g pieces of Fireside look cute as well, with flames in the middle of the pieces. I love that!
Feel the warmth
When cool nights get downright cold and fresh breezes turn frosty, it’s time to come cozy up with Fireside. Just one look at its beautiful embedded flames is enough to make you feel nice and toasty. This sudser’s spicy clove bud oil will warm you right up as you lather while sweet vanilla calls to mind the comforts of homemade treats. No need to fight for a spot by the mantle: there’s plenty of Fireside to go around!
This odd smelling little fellow is such a cute shape. The first 3D pumpkin shaped product. I love that part of it. I was surprised that this bath bomb does not smell like pumpkin pie spice at all to me. I’m not sure why, maybe i got one from a bad batch, or what, but i got a strong lime smell. For whatever reason my nose picks out a citrussy note. But there are many others who don’t smell that lime-ish note.
I asked my Son and my Husband seperately, and without saying anything, i asked ‘Without thinking, what’s the first thing you smell?’ and they both said “Limes’.
It’s first ingredients is pimento berry oil. I got info from another lushie that pimento berry oil is another name for ‘allspice’.
I don’t smell any of the other typical ingredients that many Pumpkin Pie recipe require, such as, pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon.
I think it’s a cute bath bomb even though the scent may not be for me. It’s the first 3D shaped Lush pumpkin product.
And the water is a pretty orange color!
Here’s a video demo i made of this in the tub close up
The two bath bombs in the picture above are both made with the classic Calacas scent. See my demo video below of this in the tub close up
This cute little one-eyed monster bath bomb is made with the popular Lush ‘Calacas‘ scent.
The scent of Calacas is like a perfumey citrus. The scetbis nice and strong in this bath bomb. And the nice thing about any product with the Calacas scent is that the scent stays on my skin for an hour after i’ve taken a bath, which is nice.
But for me it’s the show of colors that this bath bomb displays that pushes this to a 5 out of 5 rating. Slow, fizzing, swirls of pink, magenta, teal eventually blending into a deep violet color. Gorgeous! While this has no sparkles in the water i don’t miss it because the display is so stunning.
Multicolored mutant
Throw yourself a ball by reveling in possibly the most beautiful bath water ever. This cyclops’ outer layer creates layers of pink froth on top of deep blue-purple waters as its fruity lime and neroli perfume fills the air. Make sure you save a dance for this beautiful monstrosity. Trust us, you won’t regret it!

Demon in the Dark is made with fresh, organic apple juice and an infusion of mint. This makes it stimulating for the skin and for your nose; gives your head a blast of fresh, minty scent. with warming clove bud oil, revitalising peppermint and astringent apple. Wash your hair with Washday Greens, put on a Mask of Magnaminty and scrub up with Demon in the Dark for the Full Minty.
This Ugai is entirely too salty. I believe there are folks who would like this but i can’t for the life of me figure out why to be honest. The saltiness of the initial bite didn’t last the entire time while gargling and swishing. The saltiness only stays the first 20 seconds or so.
I enjoy the other two new lush mouthwash tabs; Creme de Menthe and Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster much more than Ugai.
An oasis of green tea and sea salt awaits. Inspired by the Japanese custom of gargling to maintain health and vitality, these little tabs are packed with tantalising herbal taste to deeply cleanse and comfort your mouth. Antibacterial tea tree and sea salt offer freshness, while green tea gives a quenching, verdant flavour.
After brushing your teeth, pop one tab into the mouth and take a sip of water to start the fizz. Nibble and swish before spitting out. They can also be used throughout the day whenever you fancy a bit or oral refreshment.
The use of a mouthwash should be the final step in the oral routine both in the morning and in the evening. It should not be used alone as a substitute for brushing or flossing. Avoid eating or drinking for half an hour after using the mouthwash for ultimate oral health.
Here’s a demo and review video i made of the Ugai mouthwash tabs
Glacially good breath is mint to be. In fact, it’s on the tipple your tongue. Make yours a double shot of mint for an intoxicating blast of icy coolness. Malic acid tickles your tastebuds with a smooth, juicy flavour, and enhances the spicy exhileration of bracing peppermint oil. Not shaken, not stirred: just straight up ice-cool refreshment.
This is my second favorite new Lush mouthwash. This is the mintiest of the three new Lush mouthwashes. If you want that classic mouthwash taste, this is the one for you. It’s entirely minty and leaves a nice clean feeling to my teeth. It just like using commcercial mouthwash. I like that this creme de menthe mouthwash has a pretty green shimmer to it. That’s why i give this a 4 out of 5 rating.

I love this shower gel. It’s a nice thick consistency. It has great throw so you can smell the lovely scent all while you’re showering with it. It’s lovely scent stays on the skin a bit longer than other lush shower gels.
It’s not particularly moisturizing, and doesn’t have any cocoa butter. Nor does this shower gel have any glitter.
The 29 High Street was made to have the scent of a Lush store. So various lush store favorites are represented here, honey i washed the kids, karma, avobath, etc.
To me it smells like a strong blend of sweet orangey and floral notes.
Because of these things, and also because this shower gel is so rare, I would rate this shower gel a 5 out of 5 rating. I would highly recommend it. I bought six bottles.
Here’s a demo and review video i made of this shower gel
here is a scent family portrait I created, with all the products Lush has made with this same fragrance.
Same signature Karma scent, orange, pine, patchouli, but in an absolutely STUNNING new style. Of all the new lush products this is my favorite looks-wise. I cannot stop staring at it. My three colors are green, orange and purple, so this bar has two of my favorite colors. Not the only reason i like it though.
Dusky oranges, patchouli and pine. It smells like the classic “head shop”. Kind of an incense-y hippy-ish vibe. I happen to love oranges in anything, but this is so different because it’s not a sweet orange. Not a desserty or ‘yummy’ orange. Nor is it citrussy in the classic sense. A most different fragrance; earthy. I always try keep a few of these around.
Description: The colour red is about as Christmassy as it gets. We’ve made this lip tint just the shade that Mrs. Claus might use to woo her husband. This product is made with fair trade shea butter to soften and moisturise whilst cherries and dates give you sweet, kissable lips. With our sexy red, cola-flavoured lip tint, who needs mistletoe?
Here’s what the color looks like on me. It’s more of an orange red, not a blue red.
I’m not one for Candyish Lush scents, not at all, except when it comes to Snow Fairy. I am just nuts about this gel at times, it’s scent is just something I’ve got to have once in a while. It’s scent is buttery, rich, candyish…almost raspberryish and a small hit of fruitiness. It has a shimmer of pink and fushia sparkles.
Lush 2006 Description: Candy floss pink and sweet as sugar with iridescent sparkles and a hint of wicked fruitiness….
Here are a couple of video demos and reviews i made of both versions of this Lush shower gel and you can see them up close and how they work
