Made with orange peel and it smells SO good. If you like the smell of Lush ‘Orange’ liquid body scrub you’ll love the smell of this balm.
This was created by Alessandro from Lush.
It was included as an exclusive product in the April 2021 Lush Kitchen Subscription box.
This has a totally different consistency than all the other Lush foot products. It’s not like a lotion in consistency. It’s the texture of a lip balm.
The best way to use this in my opinion is to have a foot soak at night, try to scrub away any rough skin on the feet , and when the foot soak is done and your dry your feet off, slather this foot balm on your feet and then put socks on overnight while you sleep.
Below is the 2020 Polar Bear soap. The 2021 Polar Bear soap soap will not be the same minty coco nutty yummy scent as last year, it will be Snow cake scented this year. it’s good to see snowcake soap again.
This isn’t the same scent as this Christmas ’PolarBear Plunge’ bubble bar. This one has almond and rose.
When i buy my Christmas products and they’re delivered- i’ll write my reviews, post my tub bath water photos and video demo here for you. 😊
It’s so cute. It didn’t dry out my skin like some Lush soaps can. It must be the addition of cocoa butter in this soap. along with the coconut oil. It feels good.
This was a new, limited edition product this Christmas, but people liked it so much that Lush has made this a year round product!
It’s just like smelling a real peeled orange. It shares its scent with Lush ‘Brightside’ bubble bar and the discontinued ‘Easy Peeler’ scrub. Not too sweet, just fresh and orangey. Not fake but natural smelling. It smells juicy if that makes sense. It actually makes my mouth water.
It’s got coarse salt in it for exfoliating. So don’t scrub too hard.
This has orange oil, red Mandarin, tangerine oil, bergamot and orange peel! Oranges are one of my favorite smells and this smells so good like i could drink it. So incredible.
5 out of 5 rating. See my video below where i apply it and review it.
Mark Constantine, owner of Lush Uk wanted to have a little fun so he decided to work with Helen Ambrosen on a new face and body mask.
They made it by adding a teaspoon of gorgeous moisturizer and then they added the ingredients to ‘Sleepy’, Lavender, Yang ylang and Tonka.
when they finalized the product he announced that they will let us have a crack at naming the product. So people submitted they’re names and a handful of people chose ‘Beauty Sleep’ and this is the name that won.
it’s a perfect name. the mask smells amazing! if you know what the gorgeous moisturizer smells like you can imagine that plus sleepy.
instructions recommend slathering it on your face and your arms, neck, chest, back, stomach and then let it stay on your skin for 10-20 minutes while you’re in the tub or in the shower. Then after that time just rinse it off.
it’s got ground adult beans for exfoliating and it’s LOADED with many moisturizing ingredients.
it’s a beautiful pinkish lavender color.
“Aluxurious clay face mask, which includes a spoonful of our most decadent moisturiser, Gorgeous, for a boost of hydration. The perfect step in your evening skincare routine, to help you #getyourbeautysleep.
“The combination of lavender and neroli is even more soothing than I anticipated. I noticed a significant improvement in my stress level within minutes. Skin feels soft and smooth afterwards. – bethanyjoyhall
“From its lavender and neroli scent that calms the mind…to its freshly ground Aduki beans, fresh coconut, honey, kaolin, and talc which calm and soothe the skin-this face mask is a 10/10 for me! It left my skin feeling calm, moisturized, and toned all at once.” – LaredoLushies

How to use Run a warm bath, put on some relaxing music and apply this beautiful face mask to clean skin. Sit back and relax. Inhale the neroli and let the valerian and lemon verbena get to work. Once you’re feeling relaxed and ready for bed, rinse away with warm water.
Lo and Behold when those of us who bought the Lush Kitchen subscription box from Lush Uk opened up our June boxes we found a surprise: a container of Beauty Sleep face and body mask. Yay!
As far as Lush masks go i really like this one. it made my skin feel cleansed and moisturized and it smelled gorgeous. Using it before bed was a good idea since the ingredients in ‘Sleepy’ (twilight) are conducive to sleep.
Review: This is a pyramid shaped (the one on the left is a little less pyramid-like LOL), it has gold glitter and smells of Lush’s signature “Karma” scent. This is a wonderful smelling and skin softening melt. It has tns of cocoa butter. You simply put it in the bath water after it’s filled and it melts with the hot water and leaves little trails of beautiful golden glitter. You can also smoosh it up under the running water while the bath is filling up too. It’ll work either way. But beware…it has LOADS of glitter. You will have glitter everywhere (including your friends clothing, your dog and your husband) for a couple of days. I loved this melt and I wish it were still around.
Yuletide 2001 Lush Times description: Fake perfumes are so good these days that city dwellers have almost lost the ability to appreciate real scents what with the synthtic smells of coffee, bread and burgers pumped out to attract us to use their sources. There are some very beautiful synthetic perfumes (and there’s even one in Karma) but we prefer the real thing, perfumes made from flowers just like the great, great, great, great, great grandfather would have done if he hadn’t been too busy diggeing coal. Why? Because we don’t just use them for the scent; we use them for the effect on the mind and body. This is why a Bath Melt scented with Karma is so lovely; it softens and moisturizes your skin as well as scenting it. Try our new little pyramid of perfume in your bath and feel what we mean….
Lush has introduced two or more new exclusive body scrubs at their new mega store in the Lush Liverpool spa. This ‘Easy Peeler’ body scrub is one of them.
It smells and looks like an orange. Slightly sweet. These new Lush sugar scrubs are much less hard and scratchy than their former style of sugar scrubs.
These are for exfoliating rough dry skin and also conditions for moisturizing the smooth skin that is left behind.
I recorded a close up sink arm demo of it for you below to see how it works.
The exfoliating is done with sugar crystals that are mixed in with the cocoa butter. So its a gentler scrub than the former more agressive lush scrub bars.
I would recommend these. They dont fall apart after one use. These can be used again and again a few times without becoming a mess.
My skin feels soft, not greasy and moisturized. I dont feel like i have something on my skin. It just feels like my skin, only moisturized and soft.
Lush has introduced three beautiful bath bombs for Spring 2019. it’s a new design which they made for their new concept store in Harajuku Japan.
For Spring 2019 Lush has made three colors. Of the three i like the scent of purple and blue one the most, then the green one, then the orange one in that order.
I love the gorgeous sunset colored bath art that this Wild Butterfly makes.
See my 2 minute bath video with this gorgeous thing below. I describe the scent in detail in my video. 🙂
Aubergine is what the people in the Uk call Eggplant. it’s an eggplant shaped bath bomb…for Valentine’s 2019.
It’s made in the Lush signature ’29 High Street’ perfume fragrance.
Lush sells an exclusive perfume that is made to smell like a lush store. it has that Lush smell.
Pia, the lovely person who created the original scent (called HQ) explained to me how she created the scent, and what lush store product scents were used to create the fragrance. Karma, Honey i washed the kids, happy hippy, etc.
The result is a sweet, orange citrus with a floral background. it’s strong, heady and perfume-y. The fragrance has lots of expensive ingredients.
it does indeed smell just like a Lush shop.
This bath bomb produces a slow foaming fizz, with hues of purple, green, pink and blue. And a drop dead gorgeous hue of deep, jewel toned purple, with purple shimmer throughout.
This is a solid/naked, packageless body lotion exclusive to the LushLabs at lush.co.uk
While i did not like the previous naked body lotion ‘Once Upon a Time’ that lush made for Christmas 2017 because it was too greasy, this one, Little Pot of Energy, is different.
Its not oily nor greasy. Its a drier consistency than ive seen before. Almost how a dry deo goes on. Theres no tacky feeling when you apply it.
I like the smell. Its made with oranges and grapefruit, as i explain in my demo and review video below.
the bottom line is that this works for me. it moisturizes my skin without feeling oily, and it snells great.
i would actually use this everyday, and i might even buy another one.
Lush: Move mountains. Fight lethargy. Deliver a dose of vitalising citrus straight to the skin. It’s a bolt of lightening to the brain: a sweep of orange puree that’s electric sharp to sniff but smooth as butter on your body thanks to a base of Fair Trade Colombian cocoa butter. Supercharge your skin with a sweep of brightening orange and grapefruit pulp and reboot your mind with a perfume flavour so fresh you can nearly taste it. Motivation’s never been this mouthwatering.
It’s similar to Lush ‘Karma’ fragrance but not exact, it’s not a scent twin imo, even though it shares some ingredients.
It’s less orangey than ‘Karma” kind of a green and wooden scent with some orange.
see my review and demo video below 🙂
It’s quite strong, and I can’t stop sniffing it. It’s such a different scent, nothing around quite like it except as I said Karma is somewhat similar. It’s less of a heady scent than Karma, more natural.
The new 2017 Revelation has the scent of Berry Berry Christmas, not the Potion scent as the one in my review below is made from. Berry berry christmas and thus the new Revelation bath oil, have a lushious, fruity, orange scent. This 2017 revelation isn’t spicy, nor floral, as the one i reviewed below is. The one i had was just a prototype. 🙂
The prototype from the Lush Summit has a spicy scent. I like the scent. It smells like carnation oil and cloves and was made in the Lush ‘Potion’ lotion scent, also having rose, tangerine.
The new one has orange and bergamot in it and I quite like the new scent. the new one is also a 4 out of 5 rating.
This is a beautiful bubble bar with it’s orangey-gold glitter. It has the scent of Lush’s “Karma” fragrance which is orangey, not sweet at all, earthy with patchouli, and a bit of pine. A unisex scent. It leaves a pale orange colored water and TONS of bubbles. There is also glitter in the water. The glitter doesn’t stick on you like the Karma melt but mostly gets washed down the drain if you use a squirt of shower gel in the water. Bling Crosby is so pretty and festive.
LT 2006 Description: An easy glistening, soothing orange spice Bubble Bar for a smoother Christmas. Crumble under running bath water for mounds of fragrant bubbles
I love this shower gel. It’s a nice thick consistency. It has great throw so you can smell the lovely scent all while you’re showering with it. It’s lovely scent stays on the skin a bit longer than other lush shower gels.
It’s not particularly moisturizing, and doesn’t have any cocoa butter. Nor does this shower gel have any glitter.
The 29 High Street was made to have the scent of a Lush store. So various lush store favorites are represented here, honey i washed the kids, karma, avobath, etc.
To me it smells like a strong blend of sweet orangey and floral notes.
Because of these things, and also because this shower gel is so rare, I would rate this shower gel a 5 out of 5 rating. I would highly recommend it. I bought six bottles.
Here’s a demo and review video i made of this shower gel
here is a scent family portrait I created, with all the products Lush has made with this same fragrance.
Same signature Karma scent, orange, pine, patchouli, but in an absolutely STUNNING new style. Of all the new lush products this is my favorite looks-wise. I cannot stop staring at it. My three colors are green, orange and purple, so this bar has two of my favorite colors. Not the only reason i like it though.
Dusky oranges, patchouli and pine. It smells like the classic “head shop”. Kind of an incense-y hippy-ish vibe. I happen to love oranges in anything, but this is so different because it’s not a sweet orange. Not a desserty or ‘yummy’ orange. Nor is it citrussy in the classic sense. A most different fragrance; earthy. I always try keep a few of these around.
Happy Accident is an “Oops” bubble bar made in the UK in Early 2007. It has a lovely peach pink color. It smells to me like Amandopondo bubble bar as it does have a rose and citrus scent, and then mixed it with he scent of Lush ‘Happy’ bubble bar. Then again, it does smell a bit like the Lush bath bomb ‘Absolute Delight’. Not exactly positive what that lovely scent is…
Review:Okay. Those who know me know I am a freak about orange, I love orange. So, take that into consideration. Sonic Death Monkey was named after Jack Black’s band in the movie “Hi Fidelity”. God, or the higher power of the universe, is good, because there is such a thing as Sonic Death Monkey shower gel. I can’t believe how good this is. Yes, it smells like Lush’ “Whipstick” lip balm sure, but this is so much better. Oh my, it is a Terry’s chocolate orange, in shower gel form. Yeah, and orange zest, real orange zest. It’s the spicier zest of an orange, with chocolate. As good but different than the discontinued choclatey and ginger shower gel “13 Rabbits“. Lush made “Whipstick” lip balm, and “Heavenly Bodies” buttercream in this same scent.
Lush 2006 Description:There are many chocolate shower gels in the world and most of them, frankly, are horrid. They are nasty, gimmicky, cheap, synthetic things which smell like market stall chocolate Christmas decorations – horrid, as we were saying. For a while we resisted, not wanting to be tarnished by such a tawdry image, then we thought to ourselves, “We can do better than that, much better!” so we did. (Actually Noriko did it.) Oh what gloriously gloopy, sensual stuff Sonic Death Monkey turned out to be. It has seaweed gel make your hair and body feel soft; it’s scented with chocolate orange and tones you up with fresh lime, Caribbean coffee and herbal tea. (It’s named after Barry’s band in High Fidelity.) Cover yourself in chocolate orange and dig that crazy gravy.
