Orange scrub

5 out of 5 rating

This was a new, limited edition product this Christmas, but people liked it so much that Lush has made this a year round product!

It’s just like smelling a real peeled orange. It shares its scent with Lush ‘Brightside’ bubble bar and the discontinued ‘Easy Peeler’ scrub. Not too sweet, just fresh and orangey. Not fake but natural smelling. It smells juicy if that makes sense. It actually makes my mouth water.

It’s got coarse salt in it for exfoliating. So don’t scrub too hard.

This has orange oil, red Mandarin, tangerine oil, bergamot and orange peel! Oranges are one of my favorite smells and this smells so good like i could drink it. So incredible.

See my 5 minute sink demo video below.

Trip the light fantastic and create a spectacle in your shower with this colourful creation to lift your mood and polish your skin to perfection. Buff your way to softness with sugar and fine sea salt, while potato starch leaves you feeling silky. An uplifting blend of zesty Sicilian lemon oil and invigorating spearmint oil combine with pineapple powder for an enzymic burst of freshness as bright as the Northern Lights. Break off a piece and hold under running water for a scrubby paste that you can gently work over wet skin to feel strokably smooth.

The spearmint isnt that strong i must say but its blended nicely with the mint. Its not very sweet. It almost smells like a citrus floral to me.

Youre supposed to pinch a piece off instead of trying to wet the whole bar. I show how in my video sink demo below.

Lush Mallow Drama bubble bar from the Lush Harajuku store 100 bubble bars drop has the same scent.

Lush Cookie Dough Body Scrub

5 out of 5 rating

Who needs the cookie jar when you can fulfil your sweet cravings with Cookie Dough body scrub? An irresistibly inviting blend of comforting vanilla absolute, softening cocoa powder and mouthwatering hydration to the skin and a satisfying sugar fix. A dash of coarse granulated sugar, a pinch of superfine sea salt and a handful of silky cornflour is a batch made in heaven, whipping up the creamiest of lathers and gently buffing the skin for a velvety touch. You’ll go nuts for a triple serving of toasted hazelnut oil, protective pistachio oil and fruity almond essential oil, releasing waves of sweetly-scented cherries that delicately blossom on the skin. This scrub really takes the biscuit, who says you can’t enjoy baked goods in the bathroom?

I recorded a demo and review video for you under good lights up at the sink on my arm here at this link

Dirty scrub

5 out of 5 rating See my sink demo vodeo beñow.

Lush has introduced 350+ new products at their NEW Megastore at the Liverpool SPA store. This body scrub is one of these exclusive products.

The Lush Labs decided to sell some of the exclusive products that were at this store online for a limited time only. So i bought two scrubs. Dirty and Easy Peeler.

Lush designed the Dirty scrub to look just like a kitchen sponge. I love that! The yellow side is smooth and the green side is a little rougher.

These are so much better than the sugar scrub domes that lush used to make. Those older style scrubs become so hard and scratchy that using them more than a couple times becomes a challenge. Not so with this scrub.

The sugar seems to be mixed in with the cocoa butter mixture, not just sitting on the top layer.

This Dirty scrub was made with the ‘Dirty’ fragrance. Lush has made many things in their clasdic Dirty fragranxe. The fragrance is made with herbs, lemon, mint. It smells natural, earthy, herbal, lemony and minty.

The scrub bar doesnt fall apart or become a mess after one use, it stays the same and so i just kerp it in my soap dish or on top of a black pot lid.

It exfoliates my rough, dry dead skin and then moisturizes the skin thats left with moisturizing cocoa butter.

I love it! I would rate this a 5 out of 5.

Heres a videp i recorded of me using it

Easy Peeler

5 out of 5 rating

Lush has introduced two or more new exclusive body scrubs at their new mega store in the Lush Liverpool spa. This ‘Easy Peeler’ body scrub is one of them.

It smells and looks like an orange. Slightly sweet. These new Lush sugar scrubs are much less hard and scratchy than their former style of sugar scrubs.

These are for exfoliating rough dry skin and also conditions for moisturizing the smooth skin that is left behind.

I recorded a close up sink arm demo of it for you below to see how it works.

The exfoliating is done with sugar crystals that are mixed in with the cocoa butter. So its a gentler scrub than the former more agressive lush scrub bars.

I would recommend these. They dont fall apart after one use. These can be used again and again a few times without becoming a mess.

My skin feels soft, not greasy and moisturized. I dont feel like i have something on my skin. It just feels like my skin, only moisturized and soft.

Coco Scrub

3 out of 5 rating. See my 4 minute Sink Demo Video below.

If it wasn’t so cute i would’ve given it a 1 or 2.

my video shows and explains the difficulty in use. It’s just not pleasant.

I Guess we can’t love every single thing. ✌🏼❤️

I absolutely LOVE the yummy vanilla and pink grapefruit scent. I’m addicted.

Love Island scrub

3 out of 5 rating

See my Sink Demo Video below.

love island is a sand based body scrub. Its a small one. It’s good that its smaller though because this style of scrub does tend to dry out faster. So one should use it right away or else cover it in an empty black lush pot.

Its a coarser grade scrub than many of lush different scrubs. But it makes sense that this one is made out of sand, since itssupposed to be reminiscent of an island after all.

Lush made this scrub with their Love fragrance which is a lemon, rose, jasmine, apple and cinnamon scent. I describe the ingredients on my video.

Here’s my 2 minute demo video i recorded for you.

Sugar Plum Fairy scrub

This is a 5 out of 5 product.

Its purple. Its cute. It smells like plums. It moisturizes my dry skin.

I am so enamored with this scrub. To put all your questions to rest. No. When i asked about the scent of the scrub the first time, someone thought i meant the lushlabs scrub i was holding in my other hand, so they told me plum rain, which it is. But THIS scrub here, which is what i was asking about, is NOT plum rain, its sugar plum scented. So that’s where all the confusion came. I apologize. I’ll change it everywhere that i have this erroneous info. 👍😘❤️

Typically i dont like the non-potted scrubs from Lush because they seem to dry out too quickly, making it eventually too scratchy to use on my skin.

Not so with this scrub. Its got seemingly double the regular amount of cocoa butter than others of its kind, making it a bit wetter.

This isn’t too big nor too small, it seems like just the right size to be able to use it up without it sitting around gettibg dry and scratchy.

Initially the dark color was worrisome but i didnt have to worry about any staining. There was none to be had.

Its got coarser exfoliating grains of sugar.

Here’s a close up demo video and review i recorded for you of the sctub on my arm at tge sink.

It was made with the same scent as the lip scrub of the same name.

Magic Crystals

i would rate this a 4 out of 5 rating.

This is a moisturizing, scrub cleanser.

Initially i rated it a 5 out of 5 but i will say that because of what a couple of my followers have stated, it’s best not to get this in sensitive areas as it can burn/sting quite a bit.

So because of that i changed my rating to 4 out of 5.

It’s still a great above average product.

Initially i thought this was some kind of scrubby shower soap, like a scrubbe smoothie. But upon using it in my demo i discovered that its not meant to wash with.

One washes first then uses this after rinsing your soap or shower gel off. Then you rinse it off. Its conditioning. Its very conditioning compared to rub rub rub.

This isnt a fine exfoliation, its a coarser consistency, so just fyi that as i know some of you don’t like a coarse scrub.

here is a video i recorded where i demo how to use it.

It diesnt smell particularly herbal considering there is a good amount of sage in here. I only smell mint. Its not extremely sweet.

Magic needn’t only be cast with a flick of a wand or a twitch of a nose, magic can come in a tub in the bathroom.

Hop in a hot shower and let the warm water dance across your skin before scooping out a handful of this scrub.

Warming and stimulating aniseed oil accompanies fine sea salt and Epsom salts to brighten, buff and polish skin while fresh rosemary and sage infusions cleanse and tone. Rinse off and let menthol crystals, peppermint and spearmint oils to leave cool tingles up and down your skin like the remnants of magic recently cast.

Rub Rub Rub body scrub, shower gel

4 out of 4

This is what the solid version looked like. Lush made it this way for some years, and then they went back to the liquid kind in the black pot again.

I love the scrub. It’s one of Lush’ prettier square body scrubs. It has the mimosa flower, Cherry Blossom scent of their popular ‘Sakura’ bath bomb. A feminine scent. The exfoliating is enhanced by the moisturizing Cocoa butter which leaves skin sooo soft afterwards.

You just wash in the shower as usual, with soap or shower gel, then rinse off. Then you scrub the rough parts of your body like knees, elbows, legs, etc. Then simply rinse off in the shower and dry yourself off, that’s it. The lovely and natural floral scent lingers on my skin for a couple hours. I would suggest this.

Mimosa flowers. I knew this smell right away, I used to walk around these trees at my fathers house that had the fuzzy lavender colored flowers on it and the smell was heavenly. A sweet yet powdery flower the mimosa. It is lavender in color and fuzzy like a soft pink brush. Sometimes it smells like a light melon scent too. Mimosa is what the “Sakura” and “Rub Rub Rub” is scented with.

Lush made this shower gel alooooong time ago for users on their customer forum website. The bottles were extra large. Im glad i bought a couple of bottles.

Such a pretty color
