Lush “Pineapple Grunt” soap.

Up for the vote this week for the January 2022 Lush Kitchen Subscription Box.
Excuse the bad quality of my photos, i didnt really know how to take a picture back then 20 years ago 😄

Discontinued in 2002, remade one time only for Lush forum members in 2004. Was never made in the previous incarnation of the Lush Kitchen.
Smells like real pineapple and it has real pineapple juice. Its not a strong scent though. Once it ages it takes on a nutty scent (still nice though). I love this soap. This a popular soap back in the day. 🍍

Ingredients: Fresh Pineapple, Vetivert Oil, Water, Glycerine, Sodium Chloride, Gardenia Extract, Tetrasodium EDTA, Perfume.

1999 Lush Times description: If you suspect that you may end up in a dreary place for some reason or other – there are a few Lush products that you should bring along. One is the Big Blue Ballistic, another is the Floating Island Luxury Bath Melt and the third is Pineapple Grunt soap. With its chunks of fresh, organic pineapple and scent of calming vetivert oil, made from a fragrant, Indian grass, you can wash yourself down with Pineapple Grunt in the shower and imagine you’ve been caught in a tropical rainstorm. Your skin will smell as if you’ve been massaged with the local perfumes, and will feel extra clean after cleansing with pineapple.
