I love the scents of these new, limited edition Lush/SuperMarioBros collab products. 😊 Bowser = Hot Toddy scent Mario = Santa shower gel scent Princess Peach = new scent supposedly. I describe them in my video.
My unboxing video
Ill be opening, using, reviewing, video demos for each of these products starting tonight.

I’m not sure if Lush is only offering the small size of jelly this Valentine’s?
Nevertheless, i love this jelly. I think this Syrawberry Heart shower jelly is one of the best strawberry scents that lush has ever made (besides the yummy yummy yummy shower gel) . Lush says it’s a new strawberry scent. And yes i would say it is. Doesn’t smell like Yummy Yummy Yummy because there’s no geranium, no frankincense and no bergamot. It kind of smells like Strawberry Twin Tub jelly because it also has jasmine, but it’s still not exact.
Give your heart this Valentine’s Day—a fresh strawberry juice-packed heart that smells as sweet as it is anatomical. All of our jellies feature glycerin and carrageenan to make them incredibly hydrating and ready to jiggle their way into your shower, while lemon, lime, ho wood, and jasmine blend perfect with strawberries for a berry delightful scent that lingers. Our clear pots are made from recycled and recyclable materials.Benefits

This smells like strawberry jello. SO yummy smelling. It’s slightly sweet. I like the scent of this a lot!
The wiggly nature of the jelly makes a great octopus 😄
Firstly, i was pleasantly surprised that this smells so good.
I figured it would be a scent already seen in a jelly. But its a great scent of passion fruit, black currant, vanilla and orange.
It smells like a fruit candy, but not in a fake candyish way. Its a natural sweet, fruity fragrance.
This afternoon I was told by Alessandro the Creator of this Lush Monster Octopus jelly that it’s “Not the scent of Very Very Frightening shower gel, It’s a new fragrance. Similar to the old passion fruit lip balm, but it’s actually new.”
I love the color! Red and purple are my favorite colors. Its got No glitter for anyone who is curious.
Ive discovered that the Octopus tentacles make it easier to hold on to when using it.
Red one in 2023 and Pink one 2024
You can use it at room temperature, cooled in the fridge on hot days, or even frozen.
Ive used the other Lush jellies by slicing into small pieces and putting about a tablespoon in a plastic kitchen seive and hold the seive under the stream of water coming out of the bathtub faucet. And down below at water level in the tub it starts to make a light foam.
But with this here Monster Octopus jelly I just held the whole dang thing in the bath faucet stream. 😄 And it worked nicely.
Its also easier to hold the whole thing in the shower too to wash with it like a bar of soap.
This tentacled passion fruit scented jelly is not only fruity, bubbly and great fun to wash with but will dance with you too! Tango together in the tub and watch it wiggle, slide and jive as you wash.
Lush photo
How to use: Wibble and wobble the whole jelly over your body and hair for a skin-softening wash. Bonus tip: Slide the jelly across the tub to watch the octopus dance.
The list here has all Lush Uk, USA, Germany, Australia, Japan, and Ireland products in alphabetical order. Im STILL adding things from along time ago to the present. It’s a big job.
Some Lush Trivia: I started calling similar smelling lush products ‘reincarnated lush products’ in 2002 on the very first lush social media site called ‘the lush international customer forum’, then i started taking pictures of different lush products with the same scent calling them lush ‘scent family portraits’ in 2004, then i just began calling them lush scent family around 2008 which is the term everyone uses today. The Creator of Lush and CEO Mark Constantine gave me a present for all of this work in 2014.
This jelly is made with coconut, pineape and vetivert. It has the same scent as Coco Loco/Big Calm.
We like our eggs sweet, foamy and vegan. Brazilian orange oil and vetivert oil make a cracking combination and will have you dreaming of being in a candy store filling a paper bag with fried egg gummy candies. Let this sudsy version wobble over your body in the shower and feel the refreshing, toning and brightening effects of fresh pineapple infusion. If ever there was a shower jelly that smelled good enough to eat, it’s this one.
Sunnyside Up jelly
Don’t leave yourself scrambling for a good shower. Lather up with this sunshine-filled jelly. It’s no yolk, this cheery little egg is packed with a cracking mix of soothing coconut infusion, enzymic pineapple and softening carrageenan extract – a recipe for truly sumptuous skin. Top it all off with a blend of uplifting orange and vetivert for a clucking good shower.
Benefits: – With a soft, tropical scent, fresh coconut infusion soothes and moisturises skin leaving it soft and supple. – Fresh pineapple infusion is bright and enzymic, great for stimulating skin and giving it a revitalised glow. – Carrageenan is a seaweed extract that gives this product it’s unique jelly texture, and is super softening for your skin.
How to use: Keep it whole, and lather onto wet skin to create a rich foam that will clean and leave you feeling fresh and bright.
4 out of 5 rating for both jellies. See my demo, description and reviews video below.
Since there are 70 products i asked my youtube subscribers and my instagram tv subscribers to choose which products to review next. The majority of folks chose tge jellies first. So im reviewing both silver bells and drummers drumming jellies here.
Silver bells has a new scent. It smells like fresh air, or snow, or fresh sheets. The scent is made with lime oil, orange oil and frankincense (olibanum). Its also got black sesame seed milk in it, which is different and interesting.
Silver Bells has a silver metallic sheen to it, wheras Drummers Drumming is yellow, not gold.
I find this to be more of a milky consistency as you can see in the video. Even so, it makes the same kind of lather that the Drummers Drumming and the Santa’s Belly do.
The scent of Drummers Drumming smells of peach juice. Very few (a handful only) Lush products over the last 20 years have peach juice in it.
I like it, its not too sweet but it does have a natural sweetness to it.
Its east to lather up with both of these jellies. And its easy to rinse off the jellies too. They rinse off clean and leave no kind of sticky residue or anything.
I show in the video how a teeny sliver of either jelly makes Tons of bubbles in the tub too!
Lush has introduced five or six jellies at their new Superstore at the Liverpool Spa.
All having Dance names. Conga is the pink one andis made with Raspberry juice!
It also has vanilla, davana oil, and bergamot.
Initially i thought this might be a scent twin of raspberry milkshake soap however ive asked and it isn’t. To me this jelly smells more like raspberries and cream instead of just straight raspberry. It seems more yummy.
It seems like its more conditioning than other lush jellies because of the moisturizing davana oil and skin softening carageenan seaweed.
I recorded a 4 minute video showing you how it looks out of the container. I also show how to wash with it at the sink.
“Come on shake your jelly baby, use this Conga! You can’t resist this sweet-scented lather any longer. Feel as almond milk makes your skin softer, don’t you fight it ‘til you’ve tried it! Lather up with this sweet treat.
No need to form a line to experience the fabulously foamy washes of this wibbly treat. Brightening raspberry juice and vanilla absolute add a sweet note, while almond milk ensures skin feels hydrated.”
Please know-my husband and my daughter seperately did NOT like this jelly 🙂
As i said, and showed, in my haul video the consistency of this is perfect. Its firm and solid, not broken nor mushy. And Its gold! Straight away i can smell the strong scent of pears! It’s a stronger pear scent than in the soap even!
I can smell each of the ingredients; pear puree, cardamom, orange and just a smidge of sandalwood. Mostly i smell pear. My husband and daughter interpret this real pear smell to be similar to a paint smell. No matter how hard i try all i smell is pear. This wild swing in scent descriptions is similar to the mystery of the Great pyramids. Most of the time i can get why some things smell different to people. All I smell a vat full of juicy, sweet pears.
The color is golden all the way through. It leaves NO gold color whatsoever anywhere on your skin.
I literally like this jelly scent more than the golden pear soap, bomb, or body spray. I didn’t expect to like this so much to be honest.
As far as use i would use the bath bomb before i would reach for the jelly. But that said- im loving using this jelly.
Just a small note: golden pear jelly is not as creamy/conditioning as the Yummy mummy jelly.
Lush Uk have created 9 Community Favorites shower jellies.
Community favorites means; Lush asked us what our favorite product/scents are. Then they took the top nine answers with the most votes, and they made those nine into shower jellies!
Five of these jellies have not been made before. Three of these; Twilight, Sweetie Pie, Calacas have been made previously.
Yummy mummy is one of the scents that won and that Lush made a jelly of. I for one am SO glad because its one that i wouldve voted for. I have seven bottles of Yummy Mummy shower gel. And i once bought twenty Roller bath bombs. So i REALLY love this fruity, carmely scent.
.
I made a photo below of all the Lush products made in this same scent.
Roller bath bomb
Yummy Mummy shower gel
Yummy Mummy shower cream
Yummy Mummy body conditioner
Yummy Mummy body lotion
Yummy Mummy shower jelly
Roller body spray
Santa Bomb Bomb
Lock Heart bath bomb
.
Yummy mummy is made with strawberry puree, orange oil, tonka bean.
It smells like a strawberry shake.
This is what i originally imagined American Cream to smell like. Lol.
It took an enormous amount of control to buy only one pot of Yummy Mummy shower jelly.
Shower jellies can be used as soap, either whole, sliced, chopped up or frozen.
They can also be used as shampoo. And they can be used to get nice bath foam in the tub by holding it in your hand underneath the waterspout.
I used it whole, which i never do, and it worked really well. I was able to hold onto it without it dropping but your mileage may vary.
I washed with this and it smelled nice and strong. Its creamy like the Yummy Mummy shower cream.
It made a regular amount of creamy but foamy lather, not too much and not too little.
It didnt fall apart or anything. I just put it back in the pot when i was done showering with it.
Lush are selling these in the large size so this will last for months.
Here’s a demo video I made of Jilted Elf jelly being silly.
Lush Times: Jilted Elf takes an alcoholic stumble around your shower, leaving wafts of fruit cocktails as he goes.
Wash away the old and welcome in the new with our bright green, wobbly foaming shower jelly that’s named after a cocktail we saw for sale in New York. With an infusion of figs, honey and seaweed gel to soften your skin and make you silky to the touch. Then to make you smell intoxicating and irrisistable, we have a multi-layered sophisticated fruity Christmas cocktail fragrance of vodka and essential oils, including cinnamon leaf oil, grapefruit oil and ginger oil.
Our Jilted Elf can never be kept down. He looks towards a fine future that is full of promise, his little inner twinkle of gold shines out, no matter how tough going the festive season gets. Grab him and drag him into a shower near you for the most fun shower you’ve had in a long while.
This beautiful gold jelly is made with orange oil, fresh pineapple juice, Myrrh, and Vanilla.
The jellies arent my favorite Lush product so its rare that a shower jelly is rated a 5. If I REALLY like the scent of a shower jelly then it might go to a 4. And a 3.5 rating that i gave this is still an ‘i would recommend’.
This was a limited edition shower jelly for Easter 2017. And the Lush Kitchen remade it for their April 2021 Subscription Box.
It’s a love it or hate it scent. A lot of Lushies like the look of it but don’t like the scent and a lot of Lushies do love the scent.
To me it smells like a buttery baker pastry cream or something yummy like that. In addition to the bakery scent It has a very slight licorice note.
It’s a beautiful yellow gold color and it also has subtle gold a sparkle.
How i’ve used it is to get a tiny piece and chop it up and put it in my plastic seive, then i hold it underneath the water faucet for the tub and it makes a TON of bubbles.
I also cut a round piece off of it and use it as a hand soap at the sink.
I also put a small piece in my shower pouff and it makes a nice lather and doesn’t fall on the shower floor.
Review: I’d give this a 4 This jelly has such a beautiful dark and light blue color. It reminds me of the sea. The ocean is also called “the big Calm”. So beautiful the color blue…truly dreamy looking. It has the scent of a sweet tropical scent, fruity and a bubble gum-like note underneath. If Lush Coolaulin, Pineapple Grunt soap and Rockstar soap had a lovechild maybe? I like this. I don’t think I’ve ever smelled any other lush product that smells like this. It’s Lush but it’s not like anything that’s out currently. For those of you who like B Never’s Banana soap, it’s kind of like that, but this has more coconut smell and a different kind of fruitiness. This is one of those Lush products where you go ‘Do I hate this or….like this…sniff sniff…mmm…sniff sniff…Hmm….” so it may be one of those “taunting” types of Lush products. You know like some lush products, when you first smelled it you’re like “Hmm…hmm..” and you put it back and then the next day it calls you and you HAVE to smell it? Yeah, that.
Lush Times Fall 2006 Description: Need a relaxing week on the beach? Take a trip to the shower with our piña colada jelly instead.
i took a picture of other lush products that were made with the same scent.
whats not in the picture is Coco Loco body spray which was made years after i took this photo. 😊
coco loco shower oil
yellow submarine bath bomb
big calm body lotion
big calm jelly
big calm solid perfume
Big calm body butter
june 2025
Lush created a big calm body butter for their monthly subscription box.
The body butter smells just like the big calm jelly. Even moreso than the other big calm scented products.
It feels silky smooth on the skin. And it rinses off nicely, makes skin soft not greasy.
4.5 out of 5 rating
below is my pic of sunny side up shower jelly, lush made this also in the big calm scent.
This has the scent of ‘The comforter’ line of products.Scent family: The Comforter Body Lotion; The Comforter Bubble Bar Slice; The Comforter Shower Gel; Oopsie Daisy Bubble Bar Slice; Cherie Ripe Massage Bar; You Snap The Whip Body Butter.
I love the dark, fruity black currant smell of Sweetie Pie. It’s exactly the consistency of jello, as such it can be a bit hard to control or hold in the shower. A shower pouff works wonders in this regard. Or one can cut the jelly into small cubes, and use one cube for each shower. I love this smell.
Lush made The Comforter jelly one year, which is basically the same thing.
When Lush first sold Sweetie Pie jelly in stores, they had one giant piece of jelly, about two ft across, and lush would cut off chunks and put them in containers for people to buy. They didn’t have pre filled containers of jelly like they do nowadays. The giant slab of Sweetie Pie jelly in the stores had larger sparkly stars and things on it, as well as the tiny sparkle mixed in the jelly like today’s Sweetie Pie jelly.
Lush 2006 Description: The Lush internet forum inspired this jelly too; one ‘forumite’ customer posted that her favourite smell was doughnuts* and cherry muffins so Mark decided that this sounded like a wonderful scent for a jelly. Lush aficionados will recognise the fruity Cherie Ripe fragrance as its base: blackcurrants, cherries and refreshing cypress. We add this to the skin-softening seaweed jelly mix, throw in a handful of iridescent sparkles then just in case you think we’re all turning into Mary Poppins we chuck in a vat of sour cherry infusion and a hint of bitter citrus. We may be sweet, but we retain our darker side. (Note to American customers: that’s how we spell donuts in the UK. We like to make things complicated wherever possible.)
Scent family: The Comforter Body Lotion; The Comforter Bubble Bar Slice; The Comforter Shower Gel; Oopsie Daisy Bubble Bar Slice; Cherie Ripe Massage Bar; You Snap The Whip Body Butter.
This is a somewhat unappetizing looking dark green jelly. Initially it was hard for me to pin down what it smelled like. I think that’s a good thing, means it’s not a simple fragrance. It’s a bright, sharp lemon/citrus smell with lots of astringent herbiness. I love the subtle whiff of black pepper. The herbiness is almost minty but not quite. It’s also a bit sweet smelling but just a bit. To me this is THE Lush product that would be an “Eye Opener” product for morning showers or times when we’re feeling sluggish. It smells as if Gavarnie, Slammer, Narcotick and Party On mated and had offspring.
Here’s a demo & review video i made of Spank me with Saplings review and demo video
Lush 2005 description: There’s a Nordic sauna theme to Spank Me With Saplings. Up there in the far north of Finland, where snow covers all the joins, you need to get nice and warm after venturing outside, which is probably why the Fins invented the sauna. In a pine hut in the woods, grown men cleanse their bodies by getting very hot, running outside and rolling in the snow and slapping themselves with birch twigs. Fortunately, we have a cleansing, detoxifying Shower Jelly instead. Take a hot shower, slap the refreshingly ice cold jelly (straight from the freezer) all over your body, inhale the woody oakmoss, bay and olive leaf scent and let the neroli and black pepper oils detoxify and cheer you. A Spank in the morning wakes you up and puts a smile on your face.
Lush made Poisson D’ Avril for Spring one year. It was a fish shaped bubble bar in the scent of Spank Me With Saplings.
spicy. Cinnamon and mint. Just like Lush Wiccy Magic muscles bar, Lush Marathon bubble bar and the Lush ‘Knock Out bubble bar’.
see my one minute demo video of it below
After your muscles have been hitting the running tracks, have a run-in with this invigorating eucalyptus and mint jelly. Whether you like it fast or slow, whether you’ve completed a marathon or mastered a sprint finish this bright wobbly jelly will loosen aches and pains and send lingering cramp on its way. Take it straight out of the freezer and into the shower to enjoy the energising power of invigorating peppermint and warming spicy cinnamon leaf oils.

This is such a lovely, calming green scent. Lush doesnt seem to create any new green/natural scents anymore, but this is an exception.
it’s beautifully green and fresh with pine and cypress.
I love anything and everything with cypress in it. Alot of my favorite green lush scents have cypress. In Needles and Pines the cypress keeps the whole fragrance from being TOO pine-y if that makes sense.
