Hi April. I just wanted to message – I’ve just started watching your unboxing on YouTube (don’t have an account to comment) but I feel quite sad for you whilst watching it. Despite the rubbish experience you have received and the great cost you paid, you are still trying to be so positive about the products. You seem deflated :(. You’re so passionate about Lush and spend so much of your own money and time promoting their products for them. I really think Lush are losing it. I’m glad they refunded you though. Love your videos, you’re such a comfort to watch and seem such a gentle soul. Take care 🙂
