Cinders shower gel

This is the long awaited (if youre an OG Lushie) Cinders shower gel.

Many Lushies have been wsiting for a shower gel of Cinders since lush first introduced their Cinders bath bomb during holidays past.

Fireball bath bomb has the same scent.

The Cinders bath bomb (and later – uk forum perfume that i bought on the forum) has a base of orange oil and cinnamon leaf.

This shower gel however, adds some extra pumpkin pie spices that were not in the original. Alspice, nutmeg, clove, and pumpkin puree!

So itslike a combination of orange and pumpkin pie. Quite different.

Im surprised this isnt called a shower cream since it has extra moisturizing properties like almond oil and pumpkin seed oil.

I like the orange color for Fall. And i like that Lush added the obligatory American spice mix.

The consistency is a nice medium-thick.

The scent doesnt partcularly last on the skin.

I would drfinitely enjoy using the large bottle i have and the naked Cinders shower gel also, but i dont know that id care to buy another bottle bottle. Thsts why i rate Cinders shower gel a 4 out of 5 rating.

The original product was a bath bomb in the mid 2000’s.

this is a lighter purple, creamier version of previous years ‘Twilight’ shower gel. Lush had to change the name.
Sleepy gel has added oat milk which helps to make it a more opaque appearance.

There is no sparkle in this shower gel.

it smells exactly like the Twilight i know and love. it has the same lavender oil, ylang ylang and tonka base.

Again this year lush has made a naked or solid containerless version of Sleepy shower gel.

i enjoy the different look to this shower gel.
oat milk helps soothe itchy raw or sore skin.

Sleep, drift to sleep,
Sweet tonka counts the sheep,
Lavender shakes the dreamland tree,
And from it fall sweet dreams for thee.

After a long day, relax into a soothing, softening wash of oat milk and carrageenan extract. Cheery Christmas

This is a pretty, new snowflake shape for Christmas. A bright pink color and it has some blue inside as well. Its not a large bomb, its more on the medium/small size.

The scents is a new one, as Lush states its made with lemon, buchu and currant.

It smells brightly, fruity to me, but not in a citrus way, more in a berryish way. I thought this smelled somewhat familiar but couldn’t put my finger on it. But after asking lush i was told its a brand new scent.

I used Cheery Christmas bath bomb in my bath along with the Lush blackberry and currant Scrub scrub scrub. I figured since yhey both have berries in them they would go nicely.

I like the blue and pink combination of the bath bomb colors in the tub.

The end result is a different shade of purple, almost a mauve color, with silver sparkle.

Gorgeous!

I bought two more Cheery Christmas bath bombs when i placed my secondLush Christmas order.

I like the play on words.

The scent of this bath bomb surprised me. Its not citrus. Its got rose and sandalwood. It leaves a beautiful floral scent on my skin long after my bath is over after ive dried off.

I recorded this display full of Holey Night bombs at the Lush Creative Showcase event.

Holey night is made with soya milk powder which makes the water a creamier texture. Its quite softening on the skin.

I like the creamy pink and blue foam.

The end result is water with a turquoise hue and silver shimmer.

Berry Berry Christmas

I liked this shower gel. it’s made with blueberries.

It’s creamy, fruity and lightly sweet. It’s also got beautiful blue green shimmer in the gel.

In my photo below there is a bauble bath melt, called Merry Christmas. Lush made this with the same Berry Berry Christmas scent.

Golden Pear soap

This is the first year (2020) that this Lush Golden Pear soap doesn’t look just like a Pear like in previous years (see in my photos below)

I demo the pear shaped soap in my video below.

It’s made with Agave syrup, pear puree, Cardamom! I live cardamom.

I give this Pear Shaped soap a 5 out of 5 rating.

I love this soap. It really does smell like pear. Its made with pear puree as its fitst ingredient. It is also more moisturizing than other lush Christmas soaps, because sandwiched between the two halves of this pear is cocoa butter. 👍🏼

Also added is Sandalwood and coconut.

I absolutely love seeing a golden pear at my sink in the bathroom for the holidays.

This is the most expensive of the holiday soaps this year but it’s totally worth it!

As i show in my photo below..One year, for Valentines, Lush made the madonna gaultier pointy bra looking bubble bars in the Golden Pear scent.
