Hot Toddy

4 out of 5 rating. smells of cloves, cinnamon

This came out for Yule 2003. It smells nice and warm for the winter months. It smells spicy, orangey, foody, and a little spicylike Coca Cola or something. It’s a nice orange caramel and spice scent. Hot Toddy was wildly popular with Lushies when it was made both times. I am the only Lushie on the planet who doesn’t think Hot Toddy is the best thing since sliced bread. But I do think it’s good.

Lush Times description: The hot toddy is our Celtic grandmother’s cure for a cold or a chill: whiskey (or whisky), lemon juice, honey and hot water. The Lush Hot Toddy will suit even the tee-total grans because you don’t drink it, you crumble it under the running water to make a warm, fruity, spicy bath with lemon peel, muscovada sugar, cinnamon, lime, clove and a pinch of paprika and a hint of soothing patchouli. It takes the chill off after coming in from the cold.

Ingredients: 100g £1.95

Lush made a shower gel (and a few other things) from this scent.
