Butterball body conditioner

5 out of 5 rating

see my sink demo video below

In 2017 Lush UK decided to let us choose our favorite scents to make body conditioners. So ultimately the 6 that got the most votes were chosen to make.

The pots of Body Conditioner are massive, its twice the size of a regular black pot of Lush body lotion.

Big Blue

Butterball

Sultana

Lord of Misrule

Lemony Flutter

Comforter

They were extra large size. About twice the size of a regular pot of Lush lotion. Heres an example, the pot of Sultana body lotion is on the right and the pot of sultana body conditioner is on the left.

There two more products in this scent family besides the ones in my photo below. Bear Soap and valentines heart shaped bath bomb.

These body conditioners are very moisturizing, and Butterball is even more so because the butterball bath bomb has cocoa butter in it whereas the other lush bubble bars at the time didnt.

So this was perfect for me because i have very dry skin and i live in the desert. Of course this smelled heavenly. Keep in my mind that ive always loved the butterball scent.

Here are some scent family photos I took of all the Lush products made with this butterball scent. Since ive taken this picture Lush has made a couple more products with this scent.

Here’s a demo video I made of mine

Sultana of Skin body conditioner

5 out of 5 rating

This Body conditioner was made with the Lush ‘Blackberry Bomb’ fragrance, which is comprised of Cocoa butter, Shea butter, and is fragrance with  Frankincense, fruity bergamot and Sultana. It smells slightly sweet and absolutely gorgeous. The scent in the pot isn’t as strong as when it’s being used on the body. And the best part is that I can sniff my arm an hour later and still smell that lovely scent.

It’s Magic at moisturizing my skin, without leaving a greasy feel.

“Ro headed into the lab in the hope of making a conditioner for the body, and oh boy, did she deliver!” 👌 👏
Here’s what Lush has to say about this. “We’re taking it back to 2012 this #ThrowbackThursday, when Ro’s Argan body conditioner had it’s first starring role in the #LushTimes. 🌟 Body conditioner was quite the innovation and we’ve since expanded our repertoire to include familiar, favourite fragrances – today we’ve got Sultana Of Skin body conditioner on the #LushKitchen menu! 😍 Will you be grabbing a super-sized tub of cocoa butter goodness?”

Big Hugs

5 out of 5 rating

Ingredients: Water, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Palm Kernelate, Sodium Stearate, Lauryl Sulfate, Perfume, Jasmine absolute, Vetivert Oil, Styrax Resiniod, Sodium Chloride, Glycrine, EDTA, Tetrasodium Editorante, Titanium Dioxide, gardenis Extract, Colour, 18050, Colour 45350, Colour 42045.

This smells to me immediately of lushious, warm coconutty kind of Jasmine floral. It’s lovely, creamy, warm tropical scent to me. Big Hugs was made by lush to have the same scent as their “Alkmaar” soap and “Silky Underwear” dusting powder. I’m so in love with this soap.

Notes: “Alkmaar” perfume, “Silky Underwear” dusting powder, “Fairy Jasmine” ballistic, and “Turbo Bubble” all have this same scent.

2006 Lush Times description: Hearts, hugs and jasmine scent: The most loveable lush soap ever! Give someone a Big Hug in the shower!

Bewitched

4 out of 5 rating

not to be confused with another lush product called bewitched which is a bubble bar that doesnt have the same scent and is a completely seperate and different product.

Ingredients: Cocoa Butter, Shea butter, Lime Oil, Jojoba Oil, Coconut Oil, Chamomile Oil, Violet Leaf Absolute, Perfume.

Lime, coconut, chamomile, violet leaf absolute, cedarwood oil. There is nothing in this bar that would be offensive and nothing to”warn about” in my opinion. It’s lovely and at the same time smells like something you’d want a message with because it works. Initially buttery, a light lime smell that isn’t too strong, but it is noticeable and adds to the general perky prettiness of this scent. There is the familiar calming herby smell of chamomile, and the gorgeous slightly sweet violet leaf absolute. The coconut serves to round out the scent taking the herbs and lime and providing them a gentle sweet milky background. The primary scent is a fresh sea like scent. As the bar ages the violet leaf becomes more primary. If you have a chance to try this, I highly recommend this.

Lush Times 1999 description: Bewitched is made with those knobbly bits on one side to that you can smooth it all over your favourite person’s body to give him or her a bewitching experience. It’s like having two strong hands firmly massaging your muscles; run the Bewitched from the top to the bottom of the spine and they’ll be yours forever!* We make Bewitched with essential oils to help to bring you closer: violet leaf because it is said to restore the bonds of friendship, lime oil to help get rid of apathy (it’s decision time!) and chamomile to get your massagee to forget the past (and stop obsessing over ex-girlfriends). If by chance a Bewitched massage bar doesn’t work, then now is the time to ditch him and get a better one. (* If they’ve got any sense.) [/b][/quote]

£2.99

2017 Valentine’s -Only available at Lush UK.

I bought three. This was made with Lush Exclusive ’29 High Street’ fragrance. It smells like a Lush shop! It’s got a great amount of Fragrance in this sheet. Citrussy sweet,  and floral.

Lush description says: ‘Hold this floral fresh apple pulp wash card close and let the enzymic oil of brightening lemons and limes accompany you, naked, into the shower. How do I do it, you ask? It’s easy-peasy, lemon-squeezey! Lather up with this soapy-sheet, bursting the bubbles all over your body! Rinse off, and nothing but fruity fresh, soft skin awaits you.’

Here’s a video demo I made.

Refreshing and uplifting to a tired mind, super handy for sharing, travelling and works fantastically as sweet-scented shampoo too. Perfect for anytime, anyplace, any body! Ylang-ylang will help any tiredness or anxiety dissipate and you’ll head into your day feeling joyful and raring to go.
