Lush Description: Let’s make this clear now; it doesn’t have your usual kind of butter in it, the kind of butter that comes from cows. It does have cocoa butter, made from the roasted seeds of the cocoa bean, to condition and soften your skin to make it gloriously smooth to the touch. As the Butterball fizzes into oblivion, the bathroom is scented with ylang ylang with a touch of (synthetic*) musk and a hint of chocolate from the tiny shavings of cocoa butter that melt in the water’s warmth. Your whole body will be moisturised and perfumed so beautifully that you won’t want to put your clothes back on. Use Butterball just before bedtime or whenever you’re going to wear something that reveals an expanse of bare skin.
*Synthetic because we think that civet cats’ scent glands should be used for the benefit of other civet cats not human beings.

I became addicted to this smell the very first time I sniffed a Butterball in my first Lush order ever, a package from the UK. This was the first ballistic I bought from Lush actually. It’s such an absolutely yummy smell that I’m just addicted to. Like buttery vanilla custard. Very moisturizing. You have to use it with hot water (as hot as you can stand) to melt the cocoa butter so it doesn’t form little globs in the bath. My favorite thing is to have one or two Butterball’s and a Floating Island melt. It’s like a buttery marshmellow or something. Ohh. I have a shower gel from Lush called Butterball shower gel at this link
In the pictures ive taken below are other products made with the buttetball scent, except the soap, which i cant find the picture i took of it.

I once bought six shower gels, and i don’t referent it one bit. 😄

In my opinion the best Butterball product is the perfume oil. It’s more concentrated in scent because there no alcohol in it like there is in a perfume spray or body spray, just pure concentrated buttery ylang ylang cocoa fragrance.

Review: Lush made these limted edtion bath bombs for Easter 2006 in their classic”Honey I Washed the Kids” fragrance. They’ve never made these again, though i think everyone would love these cuties. I love the toffee-like scent of Honey I washed the Kids in the ballistic, even more than the soap.
