Just to Clarify

See my 6 minute demo and review video of all five new masks below

To use, simply pinch off a piece of the mask and work to a paste between clean, dry hands. Apply to the face and let it work its magic for 5-10 minutes. Wash off with warm water or with a cloth.

A fruitful jelly with a slight scrub for those who like it just a bit rough; Just to Clarify is packed with an exotic fusion of fresh juices, like papaya, orange and grapefruit to refresh and brighten the skin. When using your hands to gently wash the mask away, you’ll start to feel the bamboo stem extract polishing the surface of your skin leaving it feeling super rejuvenated and clean.

Let’s get things cleared up.

Enzymic papaya juice brightens.

Bamboo stem exfoliates.

Grapefruit and bergamot oils lift the mood.

Fresh orange juice perks you up.

The Birth of Venus

5 out of 5

See my demo and review video below.

This is such a pretty color of blue. This is my favorite jelly mask of the five.

I love the texture of these new wash off face masks. Theyre like a firm mousse texture. And i love this scent. Its interesting that ive always loved this scent when it was used in the Lush Black Pearl scent. And trying this new face mask makes me fall in love with that scent all over again. And the color of Birth of Venus is pretty.

“When you want to feel born again, use this skin balancing masterpiece. Fresh sea water tones and refreshes skin, lavender oil calms and rose absolute soothes and balances. Carageenan seaweed gel is intensely softening and will leave skin irresistably soft.”

In 2017 Lush introduced 5 new jelly face masks at the time. The Birth of Venus, Bunny Moon, FOMO, 1000 Millihelens, and Just to Clarify.

To use, simply pinch off a piece of the mask and work to a paste between clean, dry hands. Apply to the face and let it work its magic for 5-10 minutes. Wash off with warm water or with a cloth.

I love the smell, it has the Lush ‘Black Pearl’ scent. This is not a citrus nor candy scent. It smells like chamomile tea, with frozen black currants as ice cubes, and a sprig of fresh lavender.

Heres my demo video below showing all the face masks that came out at the same time including The Birth of Venus.

This was the price of the Birth of Venus in 2017. And the Lush description below that. It sold out fairly quickly.

“Rule the planets (and your skin) with Birth of Venus; a silky, seaweedy face mask that helps to calm skin and gently tone with rose petal infusion. Dive into this jelly to discover replenishing sea water and antiseptic olibanum; with a lavender and blue chamomile bewitching fragrance.”

I had a bath with these Lush thingsc and i put some of the face mask on my face. The common note of these items are lavender. Not the same scent but sharing the one note.

Lavender, Chamomile, Frankincense, myrrh.

Bunny Moon

See my demo and review below of all five masks

To use, simply pinch off a piece of the mask and work to a paste between clean, dry hands. Apply to the face and let it work its magic for 5-10 minutes. Wash off with warm water or with a cloth.

When you look at the moon, what do you see? Some see a face, some see a dragon, others see a bunny. When you want soft and strokable skin, this bunny is the one for you. Honey is antiseptic and moisturising, rose oil helps to soothe and balance while chamomile and marigold infusion calm the skin. A dash of gentle, cosy vanilla and benzoin resioid helps you feel comforted. You’ll be a happy bunny with calm and clear skin.
