Wash You Were Here

Here’s a video demo i made of this innovative shower body cleanser.  It’s made in the scent of the ‘Olive Branch” shower gel and “Pop in the Bath’ bubble bar.  It’s a fun idea, but it also works nicely.

Ingredients: Fresh honeydew melon pulp, cellulose, bergamot oil, lemon oil, orange flower, mandarin orange oil, sodium lauryl sulphate.

Lush description: “Dear Inventive Washers,

We’d love to meet you in the bath or shower. You bring the soundtrack, we’ll bring the soap.”

Here’s a family portrait’ i took, though some family members didn’t show up for the photo, but you can see them in the video (below this photo)

Rose absolute and oil to help improve skin’s appearance and to perfume skin and hair and of course to make the most of its aphrodisiac effect. Geranium oil has a sweet, beautifully floral and slightly sharp fragrance. It is thought to have a balancing effect on the nervous system, oil production and circulation. Finally, zesty lemon; toning and brightening on the skin, uplifting and makes a zesty top note in our fragrances.

Here’s a video demo and review that i made for you showing this bubble bar and what the water looks like.

Following the wonderful popularity of Magic Wand for Christmas, we’ve got three more just for Mother’s Day. They make wonderful gifts for your dear old ma; she can get at least 6 baths out of each wand! Tell her to put her feet up while you run her a nice warm bath, swish her chosen bubble bar around in the water, then tell her to enjoy a nice long soak while you do the washing up. Super!
Simply turn on your bath taps and swish it around in the water for a few seconds – or until you’ve got enough bubbles in your tub. Then pop it on the side to use another time – these look particularly nice in a vase on the side. It goes rock hard until you’re ready to use it again – how many baths will you get out of it? Here’s the important part – before you get in, make sure you have a watering can or jug to hand. Then once you’ve finished wallowing in the lovely waters, you can dip your jug into the bath, scoop up some of that nutrient filled water and water all your plants around the house and garden (just remember to put a dressing gown on first if you go outside!)

Madame Butterfly comes with a name tag that’s rather special – it’s got seeds embedded in the paper! Just dig a little hole in your garden or in a soil-filled pot and pop the tag in whole. Give it a drink of water and sit back and let nature take its course. You’ll be rewarded with some lovely wild flowers to bring a little colour to your garden this summer.

Ylang Song

See my demo video of this close up in the tub.

A Lush Ltd employee contacted me the other day and asked of i had tried this bomb. They said they had a feeling i would like this one. So i looked for one and bought one from Ebay.

Lush says: “Tunisian neroli, Peruvian Rosewood erupt into a sensual world tumbling peony petals.”

And after using it;  Yes this does remind me of an old school lush bath bomb because of the flowers.

This bomb reminds me very much of a Monet painting, perhaps the coloring in the painting “water lillies”.  When the bomb finished dissolving, what’s left looks like a painting; a beautiful spring green background with purple petals strewn about. Oh my. And the smell is very nice in my opinion. It’s floral, woody, fruity. But it all blends together do beautifully. Like bathing in a fairy glade.

The gorgeous ingredients are: Ylang ghana oil, neroli, rosewood, rose oil, peony petals, yellow rose petals, and purple everlasting flower.

I became 6 years old once again. I played with the flowers, arranging them on the side of the tub and gazing at the beautiful colored petals.

Violet, Patchouli, Rose, Thyme.

A Reusable bubble bar in a divining pendulum shape. How cool this idea. I think this is one of my favorite new products.  It’s purple, but covered in a Coppery shimmer. It smells of lovely violet floral with a touch of thyme and patchouli.  It mostly smells of violet.

Here’s a youtube video i made of what the Divination reusable bubble bar looks like in the bath.
