Ma Bar

Ma Bar
Honey I Washed the Kids scent

Ingredients: 3.5 oz $6.30

Sodium Bicarbonate, Cream of Tartar (Tartaric acid), Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Lauryl Betaine, Perfume, Cocoa Powder (Theobroma cacao), Cocamide DEA, Sweet Orange Oil (Citrus dulcis), Bergamot Oil (Citrus bergamia), Sugar Cube (Saccharum officinarum).

Review: When this bubble bar initially came out it was a limited edition “Mother’s Day” product. This bubble bar has the same scent as the popular Lush “Honey I Washed The Kids” soap, “Soft Couer” massage bar, “Honey Bee” ballistic, etc. At times this scent can be too sweet for me. I have to be in the mood for the sweet yummy toffee scent but when I am this is a fun, great looking bar to use. In the bath, the scent isn’t as strong though and the smell diminishes too rapidly in my opinion. These are great gifts for a friend too because they look like a cute piece of cake or something.

2006 Lush Times description: The Ma Bar is our solution to the chocolate cravings which seem to possess us when the weather gets warmer. It has been scientifically proven that smelling sweets can satisfy your appetite for them. Crumble the chocolate and toffee coloured (and scented) Ma Bar under your running bathwater for a cocoa, orange, sugar and honey scented bath (let’s not forget the scrumptious smell of Honey I Washed The Kids) which tones your skin and cures your need for sweetness (until next time). The Ma Bar has been extended because you love it so much, you’ve made it a best seller.

Honey I Washed the Kids bath bomb

Lush has opened up a new store in the Harajuku area of Japan. At this new, special store Lush will sell 35-50 exclusive bath bombs. One of these exclusive Japan Harajuku store bombs is Honey I Washed the Kids.

Its got a strong fragrance of bergamot, and orange oil and other goodies so that it winds up smelling like toffee. Its a very popular scent that Lush has used in many different bath bombs and othrr products in the past.

Lush used to sell a bath bomb in all their stores called ‘Honey Bee’ which was HIWTK scented. However it was discontinued in 2016. It was a pale color. It wasnt a bright yellow color like this Japan exclusive bomb.

This doesnt have any glitter. It has something in it that seems to be somewhat conditioning to my skin.

The scent is nice and strong.

When i compare it to the other exclusive bath bombs it isnt one of my favorites. But it is good.

if you like all things in this scent i would recommend it.
