LUSH is releasing a this former product called Emotibombs! It’s a bath bomb for those who don’t have the shower–you get the same aromaatherapy benefits as the bath bomb, without having to fill up your tub (or shower stall). The Emotibombs dissolve slower than the bath bombs, and they have concentrated the essential oils to better suit the shower environment. There are four to choose from!
Too Drunk To… ($) This one is a fantastically pepperminty hangover cure with essential oils of marigold, cleansing fennel, and reviving sweet orange to help refresh and invigorate, as well as soothe a sore head. You’ll come out of the shower feeling super revitalized and raring to go!
It literally works just like this other lush emotibomb that i recorded a demo of
LUSH is releasing a new product called Emotibombs! It’s a bath bomb for those who only have a shower and no bath–additionally, it has aromaatherapy benefits. The Emotibombs dissolve much slower than the bath bombs, and they are much denser and heavier. Emotibombs have concentrated the essential oils to better suit the shower environment. Therefore i wouldn’t use it in the tub. Itll just sink to the bottom and do nothing. And there are way more essential oils in emotibombs than are in bath bombs. Strong essentials can be damaging to sensitive skin.
I made a video for you showing how i use it in the shower and what it does when it’s used.
There are four to choose from, including ‘Sex n the Shower’ which has the Sex Bomb bath bomb scent, ‘Up the Wooden Hill’, and ‘Too Drunk To…’
I received a prototype of the up you gets emotibomb from lush uk shown in my picture below. Lush decided later to add an orange color to the little character 🙂
Up You Gets ($3.95) Step into the shower with this Emotibomb and inhale the refreshing and uplifting lime, reviving grapefruit, and mind-clearing lemon oils as they waft around to wake up your senses. By the time you step out of the shower you’ll be wide awake and
LUSH is releasing a former product called Emotibombs! These are mostly for aroma tberapy. It’s a bath bomb for those who don’t have a tub. The Emotibombs dissolve slower than the bath bombs, and they have more concentrated essential oils to better suit the shower environment. There are four to choose from!

I show my Sex N the Shower emotibomb in my pic below from my Sex Bomb scent family page It’s made in the floral Sex Bomb scent, rose, jasmine and sage.
Here’s another one a sex n the shower emotibomb from 15 years later when lush made it again for the monthly subscription box in 2025
I have a short video demo that i did using one of these lush emotibombs in my shower.
Up You Gets ($) Step into the shower with this Emotibomb and inhale the refreshing and uplifting lime, reviving grapefruit, and mind-clearing lemon oils as they waft around to wake up your senses. By the time you step out of the shower you’ll be wide awake and ready to face the day.
Up The Wooden Hill ($) Pop this Emotibomb in the shower for a quick, powerful dose of sleeping potion. It’s full of calming lavender oil and lavender absolute, along with soothing chamomile blue oil and neroli to switch off your brain for a good night sleep.
Sex In The Shower ($) As an environmentally friendly company, we encourage people to share showers to conserve water. This one is perfect for two! There’s a blend of aphrodisiac essential oils of pure jasmine absolute, ylang ylang, and rose otto with a blend of detoxifying juniperberry, sense-sharpening ginger and spirit lifting geranium. Please use responsibly!
below is a bat shaped You Snap the Whip made for the Lush Kitchen October 2024 Subscription Box.
this is an exfoliating body butter bar for use in the shower.
its black but it doesnt cover your body in black color whenyou rub it on. Its actually a very very dark purple. It doesnt stain on my skin. It rinses off easy.
I am a sucker for that red currant, berryish scent. It smells like Ribena tastes.
The You Snap the Whip bar has the scent of “the comforter’ bubble bar, Sweetie Pie jelly, Comforter shower gel, etc.
Another Comforter scent family pic, the You Snap the Whip bar is in the middle right.
Its got a fine grade of pumice in this bar so its more of a gentle exfoliation and not scratchy.
Its moisturizing but not overly moisturizing. After using this bar my skin feels silky smooth and not as dry as my skin usually is.
I love that dark, inky purple color.
Here’s a video demo and review i made of how to use this
Below is a photo i took which was a scent family. Lush has made more products in the same scent that are not in this photo. 😊 You can see the You Snap the Whip bar on the left.
Lush 2005 description: When Helen Ambrosen invented the Soft Coeur massage bar it was called Soft Centre but it got renamed the Soft Coeur by the creative team. At the same time is was suggested that we should have Hard Core bar with exfoliating, ground pumice stone inside for people who like to treat themselves severely. Little did we think that Helen would actually come back with the actual article. You Snap the Whip is her hard core, coal black body butter for soft, strokeable, blackcurrant scented skin. It smells of blackcurrants because one of the creative team was constantly piping up about having her favourite massage bar brought back; those of you who remember Cherie Ripe’s dark, smooth, sensual, fruity fragrance will want to have a weekly You Snap the Whip scrub. (At least). Those of you who are too young to remember it but who like the idea of scrubbing with a moisturising, macadamia nut oil, seriously exfoliating, cleansing charcoal bar which smells like Ribena will have to race us to the shops. To use it stroke the bar over your skin when it’s wet and rinse off thoroughly in the bath or shower.

This is a bright yellow banana scented bar. It’s moisturizing properties are welcomed by my poor dry hands, because of the fresh bananas that are in the bar. The scent doesn’t seem to be as wonderful in the water as it is in the bar. The banana scent dissipates too quick. This bar leaves a medium yellow color in the water and comes with a slice of banana on the top.
This bubble bar creates some fluffy, creamy bubbles.
Lush Times 2006 description: This bubble bar is packed with fresh organic bananas. We love to use bananas in body products because they make your skin soft so we’ve made a whole Bubble Bar Slice for our banana fans; so you can enjoy their skin softening skills at the same time as you splash about in a tub full of banana scented bubbles. We guess that A Little Monkey bath will go down a storm with right little monkeys as they get ready for bedtime, but we will also allow grown-ups to use it.(If you like Sympathy for the Skin and Banana Moon, then you are going to be in fruit heaven when you add A Little Monkey to your Lush fruit bowl.
a Little Monkey has the same scent as Lush’s “Banana Moon” soap which was popular for so many years. And the same scent as ‘Gumback Smoothie’. My kids loved this bar.
This lotion was made as an exclusive, in the same scent and ingredients as the popular Lush solid hair conditioner ‘Jungle’
The lotion was the third of seven exclusive Lush product to be made with the Jungle scent
While i love the Jungle scent, this lotion wasn’t quite what i was hoping for. It’s got the slightly sweet note that the other jungle products have, so this lotions scent seems flat. Also, it’s very greasy. I had to wipe my arms and hands off with a towel because after 40 minutes my hands and arms were still greasy and it got all over the table, my camera, my phone, and anything i touched.
I also have a Jungle hair conditioner, jungle liquid perfume, jungle jelly, a rare “Lushfest 2012′ Jungle massage bar, and a rare Lushfest 2012 jungle tree soap. I’ll have pages of these individual items as well, eventually.
