Scent family: The Comforter Bubble Bar Slice; The Comforter Shower Gel; Oopsie Daisy Bubble Bar Slice; Sweetie Pie Jelly; Cherie Ripe Massage Bar; You Snap The Whip Body Butter, etc.
Review: If you like “The Comforter” bubble bar, you will love this, full of Cassis it has a lovely somewhat raspberry scent. It differs form batch to batch but its a medium thick consistency.
The scent doesn’t stay on the skin after awhile but that’s okay.
Here’s a review video i made of the comforter lotion

This was always a favorite of mine. It’s like Ceridwen’s Cauldron bath met, but more exotic smelling. It has one of my faovrite spices-Cardamom- and rose petals and ginger oil. It was both yummy and gorgeous.
There was also an Elixir bubble bar, which was also beautiful in the bath.
And the blue is a limited edition one i got for the Lush Holidays years ago.
Review: This ballistic was discontinued about as quickly as it came out. Loads of people liked it on the forum but I guess it just didn’t sell at all and was pulled a few months after introduction. It smells like the perfume Ginger, highly floral rose but it has a strong lemony top note also. I wouldn’t normally like this combo but Lush also includes Sandalwood, Mimosa (like is in 17 Cherry Tree Lane soap and Sakura ballistic) , and also some red mandarin oil. So while i don’t hate it, i don’t love it either. It’s quite strong when fresh and the red mandarin orange oil and sandalwood is covered up by the fresh ginger and lemon scent, but when this ballistic mellows a bit it’s lovely. It makes bright yellow water. 3 stars.
Lush Times 2004 Description: How about a jolly bathtime adventure with lashings of ginger and lemon? Drop into a pre-run bath for a refreshing ginger fizz and lemonade experience.
Here’s a video i made of this bath bomb in the tub
See my demo video of the gorgeous glitter Abombinaball bath bomb makes in the tub.
A play on the words ‘Abominable Snowman’.
A-Bomb-In-A-Ball. 😊
5 out of 5 rating.
Originally made for one year as a limited edition to the public in store and online for Christmas 2010.
Remade in the previous incarnation of the Lush Kitchen in 2016, in a gift set. I have a pic of the gift set attached here.
It’s SO cute, and it has beautiful blue glittery shimmer coating on the outside.
It has its own scent, And it smells yummy of Vanilla, Mint and Orange.
Normally it’s a slow melty fizzer, but the last time it was voted on for the Lush Kitchen Subscription Box it wasn’t melty, it was more of a ‘gone too quick’ kind of fast fizzer. Yeah, No.
The water turns a gorgeous deep aqua blue with white shimmer glitter.
Lush Uk made an exclusive Abombinaball jelly in the second @lushkitchen Subscription Box in 2021. LOVE it.
Lush Times Magazine description: Our big, shy snow monster ballistic, with a scent of peppermint oil, vanilla absolute and orange oil. Abombinaball snowmen are rare and exotic ballistics. They don’t hang around for long, so snap one up whilst you can. Our little icy friend will come out to play any time you choose to have a bath.
Review: I love Abombinaball. It’s a creamy vanilla mint fragrance. It’s comforting, not too bracingly minty, but a touch of mint, making it more ‘yum’ than ‘pow!’ He gets additional praise from me just for being so cute. As you all know, i’m a sucker for special shaped bath ballistics from Lush. The water is a gorgeous blue green. As it melts the bit of yellow mixes with the blue, and the sparkles are gorgeous!
He’ll erupt in your bathwater first in a burst of golden yellow that leaves your bathwater an electric green. He then evades capture as he goes around your bath fizzing and giving off puffs of fine white foam. Just when you think you’ve worked out what he is and where he’s coming from, he suddenly lets off jets of blue slipstream and makes haste across your bath, suddenly disappearing from wherever it was he came. Leaving you soaking in a delicately scented, alpine green bath and wishing and hoping that you get to see him again one day soon. Capture yourself a few before they vanish again.
Here’s a video i made of the Abombinaball in the tub, showing the sparkly little guy in the tub.
This cute Bear is the 2021 version of Snowcake soap. But this year the name is actually different. It’s called “Polar Bear”.
Lush makes their classic Snowcake soap in a completely different design every year.
i’ll add all the different looks here.
for 2020 it looks like this:
This year Snowcake smells even yummier than it has in past years. Sometimes it has smelled kind of like Playdoh. I don’t know what Lush added to it this year but it smells more like vanilla icing. or marzipan fruit.
If you get a good, fresh piece you smell an almond paste and roses scent. It’s delicate but scrummy. Snow cake soap has particularly creamy lather. Lush has introduced Snowcake soap every Christmas for many, many years.
Lush Description: Hand and body soap: Smells like the delicious almond icing on your cake: feels like almond mousse on your skin.
Here’s what it looked like in 2017. It’s Gold on the top.
Even more, i love the Lush ‘Marzibain’ bubble bar which Lush made in the Snowcake scent. It’s a cream colored bar with an almond on top. Makes gorgeous, volumunous, creamy bubbles. I also am very fond of the dusting powder in this scent called “Snow on Snow’. It’s delicate, and soft, like sweet fallen snow. Lush has only made the powder twice. Lush first made the Snow on Snow powder for forum members only.
The 2016 Version called ‘Snowcastle’
Here’s what it looked like Christmas 2018
and my review of it below.
A new version of the classic Lush Christmas ‘Snowcake’ soap. Lush has been carrying the tradition of various different versions of their classic Snowcake soap since the early 2000’s.
This year Lush went all out and made a gourmet soap in the Snowcake scent, but with an additional squishy, yummy looking ‘saucey’ topping. It looks like fruit and Oh my goodness I want a whole wheel lol. This is a gourmet soap this year with extra moisturizing properties.
