The lush Kitchen will be making this soap once again in 2017. The Lush Kitchen Love soap will not look like this one, this is a Christmas Love soap. The regular Love soap was
This is a soap i bought from a Lush sister company, the ‘B Never Too busy To Be Beautiful boutique, in 2007
Here’s the current soap
The fragrance is a fruity floral scent. It has a sweet scent, initially smelling a bit like cinnamon and lemon. However there’s an apple-y note here as well. This fruity combo is combined with the heady florals of Rose and Jasmine. It’s very fragrant.
Here is the most current one which was made for the lush kitchen monthly subscription box month of June 2025
If you’ve tried the Lush “Gay is OK” or the Lush “Lonely Heart‘ bubble bar, then you’ll know what the Love soap smells like.
Smells like a powdery rose scent, and this bath bomb has real pink rosebuds in it.
Lush Times: A seriously large love spell ballistic. In 1995 the Tisty Tosty appeared for Valentine’s Day, but not in the Lush Times, in that other esteemed publication, The Guardian. In 2008, Mo decided that it was time to celebrate our thirteen year relationship by turning it into a Big Love, Le Grand Amour, by making a really large one. It’s every bit as beautiful as the Tisty Tosty with the love spell, the scent and the rosebuds – and it’s massive!
This is a shower gel version of the popular in-stores solid bubble bar called “Blue Skies and Fluffy White Clouds’. It has the same exact ingredients of the blue skies bubble bar and the blue skies liquid bubble bath. Cinnamon, Patchouli and Frankincese. Earthy, spicy and incensey.
This is what the 2016 and 2021 ones from the Lush.co.uk/kitchen look like.
Made in the ‘Frozen’ bath bomb scent, which has grapefruit, rose, orange flower and Neroli scent.
These bubbles are a big peel
Frazzled mamas should look to this bright bubble bar for a zesty pick-me-up. Bursting with fresh grapefruit oil, grounding rosewood and floral neroli, the bath is the perfect place to find a minutes’ peace.
*Best enjoyed with a freshly brewed cuppa – made by someone else, of course.
You’ll love this if you like:
– Cheerful neroli and citrus.
– Happy Happy Joy Joy conditioner, Love And Light hand cream, or Orange Blossom perfume. – Shutting yourself in the bathroom away from the kids.
Benefits:
– Intensely green and floral, neroli oil is thought to reduce stress and anxiety. – Grapefruit oil is naturally astringent, helping to clear and tone your skin.
– Packed full of feel-good fragrance, you’ll leave the bathroom beaming.
How to use: Your mother should know how to use a bubble bar, but if she doesn’t, here’s how. Crumble half of this supersized citrus sud-maker under the running tap and watch as juicy bubbles pile up in your bath.
How to store: For the best bubbles, keep this bar somewhere cool and dry in between uses.
Meet the Elf On The Shelf, a cheeky chappy who’s here to add a little more fun to the holiday season. Packed full of twangy, vibrant grapefruit and ginger oils, he loves nothing more than popping up and surprising shower goers in unexpected places. Simply assemble your own elf and add a little extra sparkle to your festive routine by hiding him around the bathroom for friends and family to find – you could even take an elfie!
Here’s a demo video i made of the Elf on the Shelf fun bar.
Ill show you the seperate pieces here in my photo, and how i make psychedlic designs from them, and also how to make elves. And if youre artistic, unlike me if couldn’t tell 😂, you can make other stuff with it.
it could look like an elf if you step back far enough, and maybe look with one eye.
Here’s a demo video I made of Jilted Elf jelly being silly.
Lush Times: Jilted Elf takes an alcoholic stumble around your shower, leaving wafts of fruit cocktails as he goes.
Wash away the old and welcome in the new with our bright green, wobbly foaming shower jelly that’s named after a cocktail we saw for sale in New York. With an infusion of figs, honey and seaweed gel to soften your skin and make you silky to the touch. Then to make you smell intoxicating and irrisistable, we have a multi-layered sophisticated fruity Christmas cocktail fragrance of vodka and essential oils, including cinnamon leaf oil, grapefruit oil and ginger oil.
Our Jilted Elf can never be kept down. He looks towards a fine future that is full of promise, his little inner twinkle of gold shines out, no matter how tough going the festive season gets. Grab him and drag him into a shower near you for the most fun shower you’ve had in a long while.

This was a limited edition shower gel in 2006 in the UK..
Its got a pretty sky blue color and some silver glitter, but only a small amount of glitter.
The name is a play on words. Decades ago tgere was a popular singer Frank Sinatra. His nickname was Ol Blue Eyes.
Heres what the original looked like. It was called Ol Blue Skies is Back, years and years later when the Lush Kitchen made it for a limited time run it was the sky blue color you see above. This is what the original limited edition shower gel looked like. It had alot more silvery blue luster and it was a lighter blue.
Sorry my pics below are blurry i didnt take very good pictures back then.
Lush made this shower gel with the same scent and ingredients as their blue skies and fluffy white clouds bubble bar, which is sold in all Lush stores.
Its fragrance is made with patchouli, cinnamon leaf oil, frankincense and a bit of lemon.
Review: Great lustre to this shower gel. The Blue Skies and Fluffy White clouds scent smells so good as a shower gel. I swear I smell more cinnamon than in the bath foam.
Lush 2006 Description: Our legendary patchouli, frankincense and cinnamon shower gel returns for one season only.
See a demo and review video i made of my Ol Blue Skies shower gel below.
See my demo and review video of this golden, glittery bath bomb in the tub WOW.
Golden Slumbers was made to promote sleep with it’s lavender forward fragrance. Golden Slumbers doesn’t have a sweet and creamy edge to it as lush ‘Twilight’ lavender scent. Golden Slumbers has a more herbal lavender scent. Very bright and clean smelling.
I kind of like the original golden slumbers, because it had actual gold covering it, whereas on the newly designed Golden Slumbers it doesn’t have painted gold on the top, instead it has tiny gold glitters mixed in the bath bomb mixture.
Golden Slumbers is also chock full of everything lavender, and then the addition of the chamomile is wonderful, it lightens the whole thing up and gives the lavender a sparkly quality. The Golden Slumbers part comes from the ballistic’s ingredients’ ability to help you get to sleep with the combination of lavender and chamomile proportedly being great sleep aids. I like the sprigs of lavender, andthere are not too many. My new lavender combo would be this Golden Slumbers forum member inspired ballistic and the “Schnuggle” shower bar with it’s Cocoa Butter, Corn Starch, Lavender Oil, Ginger Oil, Sandalwood Oil, Chamomile Oil, Jasmine Absolute they combine beautifully for a lovely, smelling good night’s sleep.
The Dream Time bath melt is the same scent made with the same scent ingredients.
Lush Times 2006 description: The Golden Slumbers bath bomb is Lush’s magic sleep potion with calming, soothing lavender essential oil.
Lush uk made these as a limited edition around 2007. Then the Lush UK Kitchen remade them again around 2014ish.
This was a popular and wonderfully fruity shower gel that was a limited edition in Lush UK. It was fruity. More fruity than alot of Lush ‘fruity’ shower gels. It has pineapple, lemon, lime, bergamot, myrrh, and it used to have vodka which had a bright kick. I’m not sure if lush added vodka the last time the made it.
Here’s a demo and review of my Fruity Beauty shower gel
