The Jilted Elf

See my video demo below 😄

This is such a very different scent. It’s like cacophony of notes but somehow they work together!

figs, ginger, cinnamon, grapefruit, vodka and honey.

it’s both fruity and spicy. i’ll be buying the christmas body spray.

Lush made the ‘Elf on a Shelf‘ FUN multi purpose bar with the same scent.

Ingredients: Glycerine, Fig Infusion, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Propylene Glycol,Carrageenan Extract, Honey, Cinnamon Leaf Oil, Grapefruit Oil, Ginger Oil,Vodka, Perfume, *Eugenol, *Limonene, *Linalool, Methyl Ionone, Coumarin,Colour 45350, Colour 42090, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Glamour Gold Glitter

Here’s a demo video I made of Jilted Elf jelly being silly.

Lush Times: Jilted Elf takes an alcoholic stumble around your shower, leaving wafts of fruit cocktails as he goes.

Wash away the old and welcome in the new with our bright green, wobbly foaming shower jelly that’s named after a cocktail we saw for sale in New York. With an infusion of figs, honey and seaweed gel to soften your skin and make you silky to the touch.  Then to make you smell intoxicating and irrisistable, we have a multi-layered sophisticated fruity Christmas cocktail fragrance of vodka and essential oils, including cinnamon leaf oil, grapefruit oil and ginger oil.

Our Jilted Elf can never be kept down. He looks towards a fine future that is full of promise, his little inner twinkle of gold shines out, no matter how tough going the festive season gets. Grab him and drag him into a shower near you for the most fun shower you’ve had in a long while.

Joy of Jelly

5 out of 5 rating. Sex Bomb scent.

Ingredients: Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Water  Glycerine, Aloe Vera Gel (Aloe barbadensis), Propylene Glycol, Tiger Lily and Red Rose Petals Extract l, Perfume, Ylang Petals Dried, Jasmine Flowers Dried,  Musk , Jasmine Absolute, Clary Sage Oil, Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata), *Geraniol, *Limonene, *Linalool, Benzyl Benzoate, Titanium Dioxide, Colour 18050, Colour 64585, Methylparaben.

Review: Joy of Jelly is a beautiful purple and lavender jelly. It smells more perfumey than I thought it would. The scent was made to have the nice floral “Sex Bomb” bath bomb scent. It makes a lavender colored lather on the body. The scent stays a good length of time on my skin too which i like.  It’s so-cool-looking with the purple swirls, so that gives it a whole point by itself.

Description: Save water and share your shower. Rub our sexy jasmine jelly all over a dirty body. Freeze it, chill it, or use it at bathroom temperature. Crush or stroke it all over your body and hair, lather and rinse out.

My Sex Bomb Scent Family Pics

Honey I Washed the Kids jelly

Lush.co.uk made these for one day only, to sell on their website.  I was lucky enough to be able to buy a couple because they went so fast, in seconds!   This would be a real good jelly to blend up into a thick shower gel type of consistency.  I cut mine into squares and use one swuare in the shower.  I also use them at the sink to wash my hands with.  The jelly stays solid when you wash it, so i just keep a piece in the soap dish.

This is the best Honey I Washed the Kids product that lush has ever made.  I freaked out at how strong the fragrance is in this jelly.  It’s a creamy, toffee, orange scent.  Absolutely yummy.  It leaves ones skin smelling yummy.  The scent stays on the skin a bit longer than other lush jellies.

Lush has made many products with this same scent.  Honey bee bath bomb, Ma Bar bubble bar, Mum reusable bubble wand, Honey I washed the kids soap, It’s Raining Men shower gel, honeyhugs shower gel, honey i washed the kids shower gel, Honey I washed the kids perfume spray, Shoot for the Stars bath bomb.

There more in my photo below. And there are a few that i don’t have in my photo nor in the list above the photo.

Snowman FUN

4 out of 5 rating

Lush-Wintercollectie-Snowman-Shower-Jelly

Description: Holiday 2014 jelly that smells just like Lush ‘The Carrot’ soap and ‘Bunch of carrots’ ! Came in the shape of this adorable snowman, which made it easy to hold with a wash cloth or shower mitt. Super citrus-y! This jelly is super creamy and extremely softening.

Lemon Melt

theres a slice of lemon on the top of the container. Its a sweet lemon scent. Very lemony.

Here’s a demo video and review i made of the lush Lemon Melt shower jelly.

This is a shower gel lush made from lemon melt that Lush said they made exclusively for the July 2025 Lush monthly subscription box.

Bada Bing Bada Boom

Ingredients: Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glycerine, Red Wine, Thyme (Thymus vulgaris), Rose Petal (Rosa centifolia) and Lavender (Lavandula hybrida) Infusion, Propylene Glycol, Fresh Rose Petal Infusion (Rosa centifolia), Perfume, Carrageenan Extract, Synthetic Musk, Jasmine Absolute (Jasminum officinale), Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea), Ylang Ylang Oil (Cananga odorata), White Wine Vinegar, *Benzyl Benzoate, *Linalool, *Limonene, Methylparaben. * Occurs naturally in essential oils

Lush.a.Lot’s Review: This was the shower jelly made which smells like the “Sex Bomb” ballistic. It’s a heady floral scented jelly.

Lush Times 2005 description: Bada Bing Bada Boom Shower Jelly is the ultimate in cold showers. Its sensual scents (the same essential oils as Sex Bomb) are blended with red wine and an infusion of rose petals, soothing lavender and stimulating thyme herb. Grab the Bada Bing from the freezer, clean your body with its cool lather and inhale the calming (aphrodisiac) jasmine, ylang ylang and clary sage perfumes. That should work just nicely.

Iced Wine

5 out of 5 rating

Ingredients: Glycerine, Fresh Grape Infusion (Vitis vinifera), Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Propylene Glycol, Carrageenan Extract (Chondrus crispus), Ice Wine, Grapefruit Oil (Citrus paradisi), Bergamot Oil (Citrus aurantium bergamia), Buchu Oil (Barosma betulina), Geraniol, *Limonene, *Linalool, Perfume, Colour 45410, Methylparaben, Propylparaben
*Occurs naturally in essential oils

Lush Times: Ice Wine is a popular drink around the world, but it’s like catnip to the Canadians. It’s made by taking frost-bitten grapes from the vine and pressing them immediately, which produces a fruity and sweet dessert wine. When Helen tried the wine, she could taste mangoes, passion fruit and other tropical fruits. This tropical explosion inspired her to add real Ice Wine, along with fresh grape infusion, to a jelly base to create her own version of a tropical cocktail. Simon’s fruity fragrance was the icing on the cake. Keep it in the freezer for a refreshing wash.

Here’s a demo and review of this tropical fruit punch jelly

Cempasúchil is similar to iced wine, sharing the buchu, bergamot and grapefruit combination. except the difference between the iced wine and cempasúchil is cempasúchil doesn’t have the iced wine nor the grape infusion, and the iced wine doesn’t have marigold flower infusion.

Lush made a Iced Wine shower jelly exclusive to their 2025 Advent calendar.

Avoshower jelly (Avojelly)

July 2006 International forum jelly party request winner. This is a beautiful emerald green jelly with the lime scent of “Avobath” ballistic. The jelly also has tiny golden green luster dust mixed in, a very small amount of glitter. In fact Avobath ballistic has this lustre powder in it also. Even though there is lemon in this and in Avobath, I think they have a super lime Kool-aid scent. There’s no moisturizing avocado oil in the Avojelly as there is in the Avobath ballistic. Even so, I love the scent of this and it stays on my skin for quite awhile.

Ingredients: Lemongrass infusion, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Glycerine, Popylene Glycol, Carageenan extract, Lemongrass oil, Bergamot oil, Perfume, Rosewood oil, Gardenia extract, Green Glitter (Lustre holly sparkle), Methylparaben. Citrol, Geraniol, Farnesol, Limonene, Linalool.

American Pie

Here’s my American Pie jelly

Lush made this in the same blend as their popular liquid hair conditioner ‘American Cream’.

It smells like a vanilla milk shake.  It’s only slightly sweet.

Review: This solid pink jelly has the scent of Lush’s “American Cream” hair conditioner. It smells even better than the hair conditioner in my opinion. I can actually smell the strawberry which isn’t as easy to pick out in the conditioner. Vanilla, lavender, sage, smells like a fresh milkshake.

Ingredients: Fresh Strawberry infusion,(Fragaria vesca,) Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glycerine, Propylene Glycol, Perfume, Carageenan extract, Vanilla absolute (vanilla planifolia), Clary Sage oil (Salvia sclarea), Lavender oil (Lanandula hybrida), Benzoin Resinoid (Styrax benzoin), *Linalool, Coumarin, Colour 18050, Colour 77891, Methylparaben, *Occurs naturally in essential oils.

Pot O’ Gold shower jelly

3 1/2 out of 5 rating

See my demo video of it below

This beautiful gold jelly is made with orange oil, fresh pineapple juice, Myrrh, and Vanilla.

The jellies arent my favorite Lush product so its rare that a shower jelly is rated a 5. If I REALLY like the scent of a shower jelly then it might go to a 4. And a 3.5 rating that i gave this is still an ‘i would recommend’.

This was a limited edition shower jelly for Easter 2017. And the Lush Kitchen remade it for their April 2021 Subscription Box.

It’s a love it or hate it scent. A lot of Lushies like the look of it but don’t like the scent and a lot of Lushies do love the scent.

To me it smells like a buttery baker pastry cream or something yummy like that. In addition to the bakery scent It has a very slight licorice note.

It’s a beautiful yellow gold color and it also has subtle gold a sparkle.

This has the same scent as the below products

Ingredients list: orange oil, fresh pineapple juice, Myrrh, Vanilla.

Here’s my demo/review video of it 😊

How i’ve used it is to get a tiny piece and chop it up and put it in my plastic seive, then i hold it underneath the water faucet for the tub and it makes a TON of bubbles.

I also cut a round piece off of it and use it as a hand soap at the sink.

I also put a small piece in my shower pouff and it makes a nice lather and doesn’t fall on the shower floor.

Big Calm

4.5 out of 5 rating

Ingredients: Coconut and Pineapple Infusion (Cocos nucifera and Ananas sativus), Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glycerine, Propylene Glycol, Perfume, Carrageenan Extract, Sweet Orange Oil (Citrus dulcis), Vetivert Oil (Vetiveria zizanoides), Benzyl Alcohol, Citral, Coumarin, *Limonene, *Linalool, Colour 61585, Colour 77891, Methylparaben.
* Occurs naturally in essential oils

Here’s a demo video

Review: I’d give this a 4 This jelly has such a beautiful dark and light blue color. It reminds me of the sea.  The ocean is also called “the big Calm”.  So beautiful  the color blue…truly dreamy looking. It has the scent of a sweet tropical scent, fruity and a bubble gum-like note underneath.  If Lush Coolaulin, Pineapple Grunt soap and Rockstar soap had a lovechild maybe? I like this. I don’t think I’ve ever smelled any other lush product that smells like this. It’s Lush but it’s not like anything that’s out currently. For those of you who like B Never’s Banana soap, it’s kind of like that, but this has more coconut smell and a different kind of fruitiness. This is one of those Lush products where you go ‘Do I hate this or….like this…sniff sniff…mmm…sniff sniff…Hmm….” so it may be one of those “taunting” types of Lush products. You know like some lush products, when you first smelled it you’re like “Hmm…hmm..” and you put it back and then the next day it calls you and you HAVE to smell it? Yeah, that.

Lush Times Fall 2006 Description: Need a relaxing week on the beach? Take a trip to the shower with our piña colada jelly instead.

i took a picture of other lush products that were made with the same scent.

whats not in the picture is Coco Loco body spray which was made years after i took this photo. 😊

Big calm body butter

june 2025

Lush created a big calm body butter for their monthly subscription box.

The body butter smells just like the big calm jelly. Even moreso than the other big calm scented products.

It feels silky smooth on the skin. And it rinses off nicely, makes skin soft not greasy.

4.5 out of 5 rating

below is my pic of sunny side up shower jelly, lush made this also in the big calm scent.

Deep Sleep jelly

Not to be confused with another Lush product called ‘Deep Sleep‘ which is a purple bath bomb.

£2.10 100gs

Ingredients: Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glycerine, Sunflower Petal Infusion (Hehanthus annuus), Propylene Glycol, Fresh Orange Juice (Citrus dulcis), Carrageenan Extract, Lavender Oil (Lavandula hybrida), Chamomile Oil (Matricaria chamomila), Lavender Absolute (Lavandula hybrida), Neroli Oil (Citrus amara), *Linalool, Perfume, Colour 18050, Gardema Extract (Gardeme jasminoides), Methylparaben, Golden Luste Sparkle.

Review: This smells like heaven to me. You’ve got a lavender citrus that is just a wonderful combination of scents. I couldn’t call it lavender with a bit of orange…and I can’t say it’s citrussy with a bit of lavender. It’s both equally and I never thought that would be such a good combination of scents. Okay, wait, it gets better….it has glitter. Not as much of a staying power as “Joy of Jelly” has on the skin after use, but that , I do like the scent of Deep Sleep much, much more
than the Joy of Jelly.

Lush Description: Trouble sleeping? Relax and cleanse with our calming, mind-detoxing jelly in the shower before bedtime.

Here’s a demo video i made of this jelly

Sleepy Bear Christmas shower gel is the same scent.

Sleepy timmy bubble bar from the lush Shaun the Sheep collab was made in the Deep Sleep jelly scent. 👍🏽

Happy Blooming jelly

5 out of 5 rating

See my video review below

it has a strong cherry fragrance. Some folks think it’s too sickly sweet or fake smelling. While it’s certainly strong it’s not a fake scent because it’s loaded with real cherries. And it also contains coconut.

This is made with cherry and coconut and smells SO. DAMN. GOOD.

I once bought 6 of these. The jelly is WAY more fragrant than the bath melt which came first.

These lush products in my photo below are all in the same scent family. The lotion, jelly and perfume were LushX limited edition community voted favorites.

I usually don’t like very sweet things from Lush, but in the case of Happy Blooming it seems to be beyond my control because my mouth actually starts watering when I smell it.

In my opinion, the jelly and the lotion are stronger in scent than the melt & the solid fragrance are.

Screamo bubble bar, Screamo bath bomb, Screamo shower gel all have the Happy Blooming scent.

Rose Jam jelly

5 out of 5 rating  See my demo and review video of this jelly below

Lush has made many products with their “Rose Jam’ scent, and this is my favorite of the bunch.  I never knew Rose Jam could be even better, as i thought it was already a perfect fragrance.  Somehow Lush made the shower jelly even more fragrant, and a wee bit sweeter, or seemingly to my nose, than other Rose Jam scented products.

I love the smell of this even more than the Lush Rose Jam perfume believe it or not.  Not only does this jelly’s gorgeous fragrance stay on my skin long after i’ve taken a shower, but it’s more moisturizing than other Lush jellies because of the argan oil in this jelly.

Here’s a short demo video i made of this jelly

See my Twilight Jelly page too!

Twilight jelly

5 out of 5 rating See my close up demo & review video of this jelly below on the page.

The Lush.co.uk site made these ”Twilight” jellies for one day only and I was lucky enough to buy a couple. Lush made this jelly in their popular ‘Twilight’ bath bomb fragrance, which Has Lavender, and a creamy tonka bean note.

I love that Lush made these jellies in pink and blue. They’ve never done this two-color thing with a jelly.  I believe these colors were used because the Twilight Bath bomb emits pink and blue colors while dissolving in the bath.

Lush also makes a “Twilight” shower gel and a perfume that i have in the ‘Twilight’ scent and has made a liquid spray perfume in this scent as well.

An all natural scent of fresh lavender, creamy, vanillary tonka bean, and ylang ylang, coming from fresh ingredients. I got my order on Sept 6.

The Twilight bath bomb

Twilight on the left

To me the Twilight scent is even better in the jelly form.  It’s sweeter, creamier, and a bit more ylang ylang floral than in thr twilight bath bomb or shower gel.  And another plus is that this lovely scent actually stays on the skin a longer than average amount of time. This is great.

Here’s a 6 minute video with music of it close up to see the shimmer. I wash my hands with it and chop it up, etc.

since then lush has made sooo many different oroducts with this scent.

Sweetie Pie

1.85 100g

5 out of 5 rating

(also see The Lush ‘Comforter Jelly’)

This has the scent of ‘The comforter’ line of products.Scent family: The Comforter Body Lotion; The Comforter Bubble Bar Slice; The Comforter Shower Gel; Oopsie Daisy Bubble Bar Slice; Cherie Ripe Massage Bar; You Snap The Whip Body Butter.

I love the dark, fruity black currant smell of Sweetie Pie. It’s exactly the consistency of jello, as such it can be a bit hard to control or hold in the  shower. A shower pouff works wonders in this regard.  Or one can cut the jelly into small cubes,  and use one cube for each shower. I love this smell.

Lush made The Comforter jelly one year, which is basically the same thing.

When Lush first sold Sweetie Pie jelly in stores, they had one giant piece of jelly, about two ft across, and lush would cut off chunks and put them in containers for people to buy. They didn’t have pre filled containers of jelly like they do nowadays.  The giant slab of Sweetie Pie jelly in the stores had larger sparkly stars and things on it, as well as the tiny sparkle mixed in the jelly like today’s Sweetie Pie jelly.

..

Ingredients: Cherry Infusion,  Coconut Infusion, Perfume, Carrageenan Extract, Bergamot Oil,  Cassis Absolute , Cypress Oil Iridescent Glitter.

Lush 2006 Description: The Lush internet forum inspired this jelly too; one ‘forumite’ customer posted that her favourite smell was doughnuts* and cherry muffins so Mark decided that this sounded like a wonderful scent for a jelly. Lush aficionados will recognise the fruity Cherie Ripe fragrance as its base: blackcurrants, cherries and refreshing cypress. We add this to the skin-softening seaweed jelly mix, throw in a handful of iridescent sparkles then just in case you think we’re all turning into Mary Poppins we chuck in a vat of sour cherry infusion and a hint of bitter citrus. We may be sweet, but we retain our darker side. (Note to American customers: that’s how we spell donuts in the UK. We like to make things complicated wherever possible.)

Scent family: The Comforter Body Lotion; The Comforter Bubble Bar Slice; The Comforter Shower Gel; Oopsie Daisy Bubble Bar Slice; Cherie Ripe Massage Bar; You Snap The Whip Body Butter.

In this picture i tried to show the color of it.

Spank Me With Saplings

4 out of 5 ratinghe Lush Kitchen at lush.co.uk  will be making these during the week of April 4-8 2016

video here  http://www.youtube.com/user/MSlushalot

Ingredients: Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glycerine, Sea Water (Aqua), Bay Leaf (Laurus nobilis) and Olive Leaf (Olea europaea) Infusion, Grape Juice (Vitis vinifera), Propylene Glycol, Fresh Cucumber Juice (Cucumis sativus), Carrageenan Extract, Perfume, Olive Oil (Olea europaea), Cinnamon Leaf Oil (Cinnamomum cassia), Neroli Oil (Citrus amara), Oakmoss Absolute (Evernia prunastri), Black Pepper Oil (Piper nigrum), Chlorophyllin, Gardenia Extract (Gardenia jasminoides), *Cinnamal, *Citral, *Eugenol, *Geraniol, *Benzyl Benzoate, *Citronellol, *Limonene, *Linalool, Methylparaben. * Occurs naturally in essential oils

This is a somewhat unappetizing looking dark green jelly. Initially it was hard for me to pin down what it smelled like. I think that’s a good thing, means it’s not a simple fragrance. It’s a bright, sharp lemon/citrus smell with lots of astringent herbiness. I love the subtle whiff of black pepper. The herbiness is almost minty but not quite. It’s also a bit sweet smelling but just a bit. To me this is THE Lush product that would be an “Eye Opener” product for morning showers or times when we’re feeling sluggish. It smells as if Gavarnie, Slammer, Narcotick and Party On mated and had offspring.

Here’s a demo & review video i made of Spank me with Saplings review and demo video

Lush 2005 description: There’s a Nordic sauna theme to Spank Me With Saplings. Up there in the far north of Finland, where snow covers all the joins, you need to get nice and warm after venturing outside, which is probably why the Fins invented the sauna. In a pine hut in the woods, grown men cleanse their bodies by getting very hot, running outside and rolling in the snow and slapping themselves with birch twigs. Fortunately, we have a cleansing, detoxifying Shower Jelly instead. Take a hot shower, slap the refreshingly ice cold jelly (straight from the freezer) all over your body, inhale the woody oakmoss, bay and olive leaf scent and let the neroli and black pepper oils detoxify and cheer you. A Spank in the morning wakes you up and puts a smile on your face.

Lush made Poisson D’ Avril for Spring one year. It was a fish shaped bubble bar in the scent of Spank Me With Saplings.
